A New Airlift Loop Reactor Applied in Oil Dewaxing by Microorganisms

A new airlift loop reactor(ALLR) was introduced in this paper. The correlation among liquid phase flowing model, gas holdup and operating conditions of this reactor was investigated. A 100m 3 bubble column reactor was changed into an ALLR of three external loop pipes with the principle of enhancing mass transferring and mixing of ALLR. THe fermentative results showed that the dewaxing period of ALLR was shortened by about 4 times than that of bubble column reactor and the power consumption of ALLR was decreased by 30% of that of bubble column reactor.

Distributions of Gas-Holdup along Radial Position in a Gas Liquid-Liquid Three-Phase Direct-Contact Exchanger

The distributions of gas\|holdup along the radial position is studied by dual\|needle electrical conductivity method for pentane\|water system in a gas\|liquid\|liquid three\|phase direct\|contact exchanger. And a correlation,which is reasonable agreement with experimental values,is obtained.

A Study for Solubilization of rhIL 6 Inclusion Body Produced from E.Coli

The technological condition for solubilization of the recombinant human Interleuk in\|6(rhIL 6) inclusion body produced from E.coli was studied. The optimal solubilization condition was obtained:the inclusion body was solubilized at 4℃ in 50mmol/L Tris\|HCL(pH=8.4),8mol/L urea and 50 mM β ME at a concentration of 10mg/mL for about 1h. Then nearly all the target protein was solubilized and the solubilized protein concentration was solubilized and the solubilized protein concentration was about 1.3 mg/mL and the purity was up to 50%.

Study on the Physicochemical Properties of Monolith Catalyzers

In this thesis,the physicochemical properties of four kinds of monolith cordierite ceramic carriers are compared by means of XRD,TSP,and BET. They are different in crystallinephase,specific surface area,water absorption property,and thermal shock parameter. Considered the economical target,a kind of carrier with good properties and low price are chosen. A number of perovskite\|type catalyzer was made and tested in an electrically fuel\|injection automobile. Addition a little precious metal can effectively improve its reactivity in the formulation of the perovskite\|type catalyzers. The resistance to low leaded fuel of the precious metal in the three\|way catalyzers is worse than that of perovskite\|type one.

The Prepartion of TiO_2/SiO_2 and the Study of Photocatalytic Properties

In this paper,the TiO 2/SiO 2 coating particles have been prepared by hydrolysis of TiCl\-4.The morphology\,surface states and crystalline phase of TiO 2/SiO 2 samples have been studied.The photocatalytic properties for DDVP under different preparing conditions were discussed.The optimum conditions of preparing TiO 2/SiO 2 were given at last.

Effect of Preparation Methods on Photocatalytic Activity of LaFeO_3 and Doped LaFeO_3

The effect of different preparation methods on the photocatalytic activity of perovskite type oxides(LaFeO 3 and doped LaFeO 3)has been studied by the analytical technology of XRD and TEM. The results show that the highest photocatalytic activity of the catalyst is prepared by the citrate complex method,the next is by the precipitation method and the worst is by the mixed oxide method.

The Application Research of By-Products from the Manufacture of Piperazine

The application of the by\|products(mixture of N\|hydroxyethyl\|piperazine and N\|β\|hydroxyethyl\|ethylenediamine)from the manufacture of piperazine was involved in this paper.Using Ba\|Sr\|2 as catalyst and the mixture of N\|hydroxyethyl\|piperizine and N\|β hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine as the materials to synthesize triethylenediamine,the result showed when operating at a temperature range of 360℃ and 380℃,the yield of triethylenediamine was over 60% and the purity was 99.9%.

The Enhancement of Additive on Boiling Heat Transfer of Glycol Mixture

The experiments of nucleus pool boiling heat transfer on glycol aqueous solutions were carried out.The results showed that the heat transfer coefficient and flux can be improved by trace amount of additives.The mechanism that additives enhanced pool boiling heat transfer of glycol aqueous solutions was discussed.

Study on the Application of Al_2O_3 Membrane in Dehydrogenation of Diethylbenzene

In This paper,Al\-2O\-3 membrane was prepared by the method of Sol\|Gel and was used in the reaction of diethylbenzene dehydrogenation.Through the change of temperature、LSV、purge gas rate、times of coating film get the results that the membrane reactor is better than fixed bed reactor.In a wide temperature range,the conversion and selectivity of membrane reactor are higher than fixed bed reactor;in membrane reactor,conversion and selectivity decreased with the increase of LSV;when the purge gas rate is lower than 60mL/min,conversion and selectivity increased with the increase of purge gas rate;conversion and selectivity increased with the increase of times of coating film.

In this paper,the prepartion method and conditions for A\-2BO\-4\|type perovskite oxides were studied,as well as their influences on the phase formation of this type of matherials.Theoretical basis for optimal structure composition was put forward.By study on complete oxidation property,the relation between structure and property was also explored,which suggested basis for selecting optimum environmental protection catalyst.

The Progress in Study of Separation for 2,6-Dimethyl naphthalene from Dimethylnaphthalene Isomers
SUN Xu jiang
dimethylnaphthalene is an ideal raw material of the production of polyethylene naphthalate. It is an important task to obtain 2,6 dimethyinaphthalene in low cost. In this paper, several kinds of separation ways of producing 2,6 dimethylnaphthalene from dimethylnaphthalene isomers, such as supercritical extraction, pressure crystallization, adsorptive separation and cooling crystallization are reviewed. The trends of development and superiority of these methoods are also elaborated and analyzed respectively.
