Abstract In this paper,the TiO 2/SiO 2 coating particles have been prepared by hydrolysis of TiCl\-4.The morphology\,surface states and crystalline phase of TiO 2/SiO 2 samples have been studied.The photocatalytic properties for DDVP under different preparing conditions were discussed.The optimum conditions of preparing TiO 2/SiO 2 were given at last.
