Abstract The technological condition for solubilization of the recombinant human Interleuk in\|6(rhIL 6) inclusion body produced from E.coli was studied. The optimal solubilization condition was obtained:the inclusion body was solubilized at 4℃ in 50mmol/L Tris\|HCL(pH=8.4),8mol/L urea and 50 mM β ME at a concentration of 10mg/mL for about 1h. Then nearly all the target protein was solubilized and the solubilized protein concentration was solubilized and the solubilized protein concentration was about 1.3 mg/mL and the purity was up to 50%.
