157 Effect of Supersaturation and Temperature on the Crystal Habits of 6-Aminopenicillanic Acid

The habits of 6-aminopenicillanic acid(6APA) were characterized for growth from special physical and chemical environment of solutions.The effects of supersaturations and temperatures on the habits of 6APA were investigated.The results were explored with 6APA crystal structure and 6APA molecule package in the crystal, which was measured by single crystal diffraction method.The study as theory and experimental foundation for the 6APA reactive crystallization process enlarger and design was put forward.

161 Application of Molecular Dynamic Simulation to the Transformation of Conformation on Protein Solution Adsorption on Solid Interface

During protein molecule adsorbing on solid surface,there are many bond formation among protein molecules, and many complex interactions between water and protein and between protein and solid surface.In the research of complex phenomenon,molecular dynamic simulation is a good choice.In this article,poly-lysine adsorption on solid surface is simulated with molecular dynamics, and the microcosmic structure of protein in the system at molecular level is investigated.

166 Preparation and Separation Performance of Solvent-Resistant Polyimide Nanofiltration Membrane

In this study, solvent-resistant nanofiltration polyimide (PI) membrane was prepared from polyamic acid (PA) solution via immersion precipitation phase inversion process. Polyimide precursor was obtained from pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA). By performing the reactants pretreatment, adjusting reaction time, the characteristic viscosity of PA could be stabilized at 0.99 mL/g. The separation performance of the synthesized membrane was evaluated by using PEG300. The membrane prepared by 15% PA, evaporation for 30 min and the gel-bath of 30% ethanol aqueous solution showed a good PEG300 rejection rate up to 91% with a flux of 5.75 L/(m~2·h) when the operation pressure was 2 MPa. The prepared PI membrane will have promising applications in separations of organic solvent systems.

172 Density and Conductivity of Concentration Liquid of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Gengnian'an

The properties of density, conductivity and content of solid articles of water extractives and alcohol extractives of Gengnian'an are obtained experimentally.The relationships between the properties and the variation tendencies with temperature are investigated.The possibility of on-line quality control by using these relationships in the concentration of extracts of Gengnian'an is analyzed.

175 Effects of Promoters on Structure and Properties of Ni/SiO_2 Catalysts for Hydrogenation

A series of nickel catalyst samples supported on silica and promoted with different promoters,were prepared by incipient impregnation and used for hydrogenation of m-dinitrobenzene to m-phenylenediamine.Based on the results of nitrogen adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and activity evaluation,the physico-chemical properties and catalytic performance of the catayst were investigated.It was found that promoters of La_2O_3,K_2O and Li_2O could enhance the dispersity and the reduction ability of nickel species on the catalyst of Ni/SiO_2,and so they improved the catalytic performance of the catalysts,especially double promoters of La_2O_3 and K_2O.

179 Liquid-Liquid Phase Equilibria of Musk Ketone+Musk Xylene+Double Solvents Quaternary System

Liquid-liquid equilibria data for musk ketone,musk xylene,dimethyl sulfoxide (or acetonitrile) and heptane (or cyclohexane) quaternary systems were measured firstly to evaluate the effect of the two liquid phase on the separation of musks mixture.Experimental data agreed with those calculated.The compositions of musks in the equilibria liquid phase were different from the feed,that is,musk ketone was richened in dimethyl sulfoxide (or acetonitrile) phase while musk xylene was richened in heptane (or cyclohexane) phase. So this kind of equilibria liquid phase was useful to separate musk ketone and musk xylene.The method proposed could be used to determine the multicomponent solid-liquid phase equilibria which was difficult to obtain.

182 Preparation of Nano-Meter X-Zeolite and Its Application in Lead Ion(Ⅱ)Treatment

Nano-meter X-zeolite has been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, and it has been characterized by TEM and XRD.The adsorption of lead ion(Ⅱ) by nano-meter X-zeolite has been studied.The effects of the dosage of nano-meter X-zeolite,pH value, time of contaction and the temperature of wastewater on the absorption of Pb(Ⅱ)by nano-meter X-zeolite are analyzed.The results show that the removal ratio was 99.52% in 50 mL wastewater with the lead ion(Ⅱ) concentration of 25 mg/L when the pH value was keeping at 4,stirring for five minutes at 20℃ by adding 0.03 g the nano-meter X-zeolite.The max absorption was over 150 mg/g.Pb(Ⅱ) was absolutely eluted by 1 mol/L HCl solution.The absorption percentage of the recovered nano-meter X-zeolite remained high.The method can be used to treat Pb(Ⅱ) in water.

187 Preparation of PVA-Alginate-Ca

PVA-alginate-Ca is of good elasticity,better flexibility and high water content.Based on water content,the preparation of PVA-alginate-Ca was optimized by experiment.The optimum preparation conditions were selected: the glutaraldehyde concentration was 0.85%,the ratio of PVA to NaAlg was 10∶1 and CaCl_2 concentration was 2.0%.Comparison of characteristics among PVA,alginate-Ca and PVA-alginate-Ca shows that the water content,tensile strength and elasticity of PVA-alginate-Ca are the highest.

190 Synthesis of Diacetone Acrylamide

A new synthesis route of diacetone acrylamide(DIAC) was introduced.Diacetone acrylamide was prepared by reacting diacetone alcohol with acrylonitrile using 98% sulfuric acid as catalyst.Influence of reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature, reaction time and solvent on yield of reaction was considered and optimum reaction condition was obtained.DIAC was obtained with purity of 99.83% and melting point of 55.5—56.0 ℃.The yield of DIAC was 48% base on diacetone alcohol.The final product was identified by IR.

193 Application of Fuzzy Orthogonality to Synthesis of Water-Absorbent Resin

The fuzzy orthogonal design is a method that the orthogonal results were fuzzed and analyzed by fuzzy mathematical theory.The fuzzy analysis might estimate not only main effect of factors,but also possible optimal combination among factors.More useful information can be got from fuzzy orthogonal deign than that from classical orthogonal design.Based on multi-purpose relative function for the comprehensive properties of water absorbency, stability, strength and water retentivity, the synthesis of water-absorbent resin was studied and satisfying results was obtained.

197 Modification of C.I.Pigment Red 48:2

In the process of the synthesis of C.I.Pigment Red 48∶2 the pigment was treated using various surfactants.The effects of surfactant structure on properties of C.I.Pigment Red 48∶2 were studied.The results showed that hue,transparency,flowability, color strength and dispersing extent of C.I.Pigment Red 48∶2, were obviously improved by adding anionic surfactant, rosion and its derivatives, active agents built up with rosion, anionic surfactant and polymer dispersants.

202 Preparation of 2,4′-Dihydroxydiphenylsulfone

2,4′-Dihydroxydiphenylsulfone(2,4′-BPS) was prepared from phenol and H_2SO_4.Mesitylene and phosphorous acid were the better solvent and catalyst,respectively.The other optimum technologies for synthesis and purification of 2,4′-BPS were also obtained.The total yield of 2,4′-BPS was 18.8%(based on H_2SO_4 used) with a purity beyond 95%.

206 Degradation of Succinylated Gelatins with Trypsin

In this paper,the enzymatic degradation of succinylated gelatin with trypsin was studied.It was proved that in the degradation process of succinylated gelatin,trypsin not only can cut off the peptide linkage in the principle chain,but also have reactive activity to amido link chaining the succinic acid group and amino,which lead to the decrease of acylation degrees of degradation products.The influences of the concentration of the succinylated gelatin,reaction time,temperature,pH value, and amount of enzyme on the hydrolysis process of succinylated gelatin by trypsin were investigated.The optimum conditions for this degradation system were:(T=40 ℃),mass concentration of substrate≈100 g/L,pH=8.5,the mass ratio of the enzyme to substrate≥0.005。

211 Separation of Methanol-Acetone Binary Azeotrope by Extractive Distillation

The simulation of extractive distillation for methanol-acetone binary azeotrope with extractive solvents of water and monoethanolamine(MEA) was made by the soft ware of HYSYS model version 2.2.The simulation under different conditions,the position of feed-stage,the ratio of extract solvent to feed,the reflux ratio and the temperature of extract solvents,was made for optimizing the operation parmeters.Through practical experiments and comparison of data between simulation and expriment,the reliability of simulation was testified.In addition,according to the comparison of the performance of extractive distillation between water and MEA,the extractive effect of MEA is much better than that of water.

216 Influence of Rubber on Chemical Stability of High-Density Jet Fuel

High-density jet fuel HDF-1 is a synthesized fuel, the compatibility of fuel HDF-1 with rubbers must be investigated for its further storage, transport and using.The compatibility of rubbers with fuel HDF-1 was studied by using accelerated method in which HDF-1 was stressed with rubbers under high temperature.The results show that fuel HDF-1 has unfavorable influence on prosperities of acrylonitrile-butadiene 4170 and 5171,but very little influence on G402 rubber,and that acrylonitrile-butadiene rubbers have bad influence on chemical stability of HDF-1.

The present article reviews recent advances in synthesis of biodegradable polyesters,which include aliphatic polyester and polyester containing aromatic constituents,by polycondensation from the standpoint of molecular design.The synthesis of poly(lactic acid) is mainly described and so is that of polyesters from renewable natural resources.Meanwhile the biodegradability of synthetic polyesters is also discussed in relation to the molecular structure.

The carrier and BST solid superacid catalyst of the high specific surface area are obtained by the method of shaped nanocells,which are shaped after the alkali-earth metal's carbonate in the pottery-balls has been solved by thin hydrochloric acid.BST-catalyst is used in the synthesis of glyceryl triacetate.The experiment results show:the catalyst activity increases with specific surface area of BST-catalyst shaped by the same alkali-earth metal's carbonate,while it doesn't increase when the cell is shaped by the no same carbonate.The highest activity is got when the cell is shaped by SrCO_3.

249 Separation of Catechol and Hydrochinone by High-Speed Countercurrent Chromatography

The mixture composed of catechol and hydrochinone which are isomers were successfully separated by high-speed countercurrent chromatography.The two-phase solvent system consisted of hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water(volume ratio is 7∶3∶6∶4) was the best one.The lower phase was mobile phase and the upper phase was stationary phase.The mobile phase flow rate is 0.5 mL/min.
