1 Synthesis and Humidity Controlling Behaviors of Zeolite/Polyacrylic Acid (Sodium) Composite

Zeolite/polyacrylic acid (sodium) composite was synthesized by using inverse suspend polymerization method, and then the surface morphology, structure and humidity controlling behaviors of zeolite/polyacrylic acid composite were analyzed and determined. The influence of zeolite and dispersant content, neutralization degree on the humidity controlling properties of composites were investigated by orthogonal experimental method. The results show that zeolite/ polyacrylic acid composite is in a fine particle. During the polymerization process, acrylic acid monomer is grafted to the hydroxyls of zeolite surface and successfully embedded in the hole of zeolite. The impact of three factors on the humidity controlling behavior of composites increases by the order of dispersant content, zeolite content and neutralization degree. The optimum preparation parameters are zeolite content of 20%, dispersant content of 5% and neutralization degree of 80%.

7 Flocculating Activity of Marine Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens dhs-28

A bacterial strain whose flocculating rate could reach 836% was isolated from Bohai seawater samples. The strain was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens by 16S rDNA definition and Biolog test and was nominated as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens dhs-28 ultimately. Ultrasonication test confirmed that its flocculating activity was in fermentation supernatant. Incubating in LB liquid culture at 37 ℃, 180 r/min for 72 h, the strain had the highest flocculating activity.Flocculating active substances were obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation and dialysis and its flocculating activity was sensitive to pH. It could only maintain flocculating activity while pH varied from 6 to 11, but in a wide temperature range from 0 ℃ to 100 ℃. Saccharide, protein, lipid, nucleic acids qualitative tests showed the flocculating active substances were mainly composed of proteins, as well as a few saccharides. UV scan results suggested the composition of its flocculating active substances was complicated.

13 Crystalline Phases and Fluorescence Spectra of (Y098-xSrx)3Al5O12:Ce006 and (Y098-xBax)3Al5O12:Ce006 Phosphors for White LED

In this paper, a series of (Y0.98-xSrx)3Al5O12:Ce0.06 or (Y0.98-xBax)3Al5O12:Ce0.06 phosphors were prepared using moderate high temperature solid-state reaction. The products were analyzed by XRD, the results show that all systems have cubic garnet structures when doping concentration is less than 0.10 for Sr2+ ions or 0.05 for Ba2+ ions. The products were characterized by luminescence spectra, the results indicate that the emission spectra peak dont move with the increase of the dopant concentration of Sr2+ or Ba2+, but the luminescent intensity increases with increasing Sr2+ or Ba2+ concentration and reaches maximum till x=0.10 (for Sr2+) or x=0.05 (for Ba2+) and then decreases.This may attribute to the effect of charge compensation in the preparation of those phosphors.

17 Claw Type Macromolecule of CDC-SO

With the diethylene glycol, citric acid, stearic acid and octadecyl alcohol as raw materials, using the esterification, a new low-temperature flow improver, citric acid-diethylene glycol-citric acid-stearic acid-octadecyl alcohol(CDC-SO),was synthesized. Through the single factor and orthogonal experiments, the suitable conditions for preparing CDC-SO were obtained: The mole ratio of CDC to stearic acid was 1∶1.00, the mole ratio of CDC-S to octadecyl alcohol was 1∶4.0, the dosage of the catalyst was 1.00% based on the total mass of acid and alcohol of the total raw materials, the dosage of the solvent was 35% based on the total mass of acid and alcohol of the total raw materials, the time of the esterification reaction was 8 h. When CDC-SO was added with the dosage of 2.5 mg/g, in 0# diesel oil which was produced by the Shenyang Paraffin Wax Chemical Corporation, the cold filter plugging point could drop 5 ℃.

24 Preparation of Stable Super-Hydrophilic Aluminum Surface

Aluminum is the main material for the wings of the air conditioner, and hydrophilic aluminum is important to improve heat dissipation.In this paper, the hydrophilic aluminum surface was prepared by the reaction of aluminum with C6H12N4 solution.The influence of different drying temperature after reaction of aluminum with C6H12N4 solution on the surface product and contact angle were investigated.It was found that when the temperature was between 60—300 ℃, the surface formed Al(OH)3 with ball shape, and when the temperature was above 400 ℃, Al(OH)3 transformed to ε-Al2O3 with hexagonal structure.The contact angle(CA) and the stability of aluminum after reaction with C6H12N4 solution and drying at different temperature are determined to be all 0°, and still be 0° after one month.

29 Relationship Between pH Value and Ions Concentration of Ammonia Desulphuring Cleaning Solution

Based on neutral equations dissociated theory, the model was established to describe the relationship between ion concentration of ammonia desulphurization detergent and pH, and its influencing factors were discussed. The results show that when ionic balance value is equal to or close to 10, the model can accurately describe the relations of the ions concentration and pH of desulphuring cleaning mixture. With acid ion and alkaline ion concentration increasing, pH values present a trend to decrease. The model can be used as a reasonable criteria to evaluate pH value of ammonia desulphurization detergent. The diagram between sulfur elements and pH value was obtained with the experimental study, and the model modification methods were put forward.

35 Preparation of FeSO4.7H2O from Iron Mud of Industry Waste

New process for the preparation of FeSO4·7H2O by sulfuric acid from iron mud of industry waste was studied. The process included acid-leaching, reduction and pH adjusting. Effects of pH and ethanol amount on crystallization rate and purity of product were investigated emphatically. Moreover, the influences of temperature and the initial concentration of ferrous sulfate were also discussed. Results showed that crystallization rate could reach 95% when volume ratio of water to ethanol was 1∶1.5, the initial concentration of ferrous sulfate was 1.41 mol/L and crystallization time was 20 minutes. The prepared FeSO4 .7H2O can meet the requirement of China Chemical Industry Standard HG/T2935-2000.

39 Separation of Catalytic Powder from FCC Slurry Oil by Solvent Extraction and Filtration

The utilization of Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) slurry oil and the main purification technologies were introduced, and the furfural extraction and filtration technology for the separation of catalyst powder from FCC slurry oil was studied. The experimental results showed that over 95 percent of the catalyst powder could be removed by furfural extraction when the extraction temperature was 60 ℃, the ratio of catalyst to oil was 2.5:1.0,and the residence time was 25 min.The remained 5 percent of the catalyst powder could be removed through filteration.The extracted oil would not be necessary to remove catalyst powder when it was used as stock feed of catalytic cracking, while the catalyst powder could be filtered due to its low viscosity when it was used as stock feed of catalytic hydrogenation or was for sale.

43 Preparation of Coloring Mica Nacreous Pigment by Double-Covering Method

Coloring mica nacreous pigments were prepared by double-covering method, and the optimum parameters were given for cobalt-colored and nickel-colored, respectively. In case of cobalt-colored mica nacreous pigment, the optimum technical conditions are: hydrolyzed at 100 ℃ for 2 h, pH 7—8, the volume of cobalt nitrate is 25—30 mL to 10 g raw material,finally calcined at 600 ℃ for 1.5 h. In case of nickel-colored mica nacreous pigment, the optimum technical conditions are: hydrolyzed at 90 ℃ for 2 h, pH 7—8, the volume of nickel dichloride is 20 mL to 10 g raw material,finally calcined at 600 ℃ for 1.5 h.

48 Non-Hydrogen Denitrification Technology of Shale Oil Distillate

Distillate of 200—250 ℃ was collected by vacuum distillation of Fushun shale oil, and the non-hydrogen denitrification by resins were studied. Three kinds of resins, D001cc, D72 and D61, were used to treat the distillate of shale oil, and the contents of basic nitrogen compounds were determined according to standard SH/T0162-92 and C2BE30003-861. In case of imitating plug flow elution denitrification, the denitrification rates of D001cc and D72 are above 95%. Both denitrification rate and yield of D72 and D61 are good in imitation the total-mixing elution. The exchange capacities of salt solution before and after the treatment were compared both in case of the imitation plug flow elution and the imitation plug flow elution. The exchange capacities of salt solution of D001cc and D72 kept almost unchanged, which showed these two resins could be reused by elution.

53 Separation and Preparation of Glutaric Acid from Mixed Dicarboxylic Acid

The mixed dicarboxylic acid is a kind of abundant by-product of production process of adipic acid. As a main component in mixed dicarboxylic acid,glutaric acid is a very valuable raw material for fine chemical and has been widely applied to industrial production. This paper aims at the separation and preparation of glutaric acid from mixed dicarboxylic acid. A novel technology involving solution-crystallization,reaction with magnesia-separation and vacuum distillation to obtain highly pure glutaric acid was developed. The proper processing condition was determined experimentally. By the present technique,the glutaric acid with purity more than 99.5% was obtained.

57 Synthesis of Fe-MCM-41 and Its Application As a Catalyst for Oxidation of Cyclohexane to Cyclohexanone

Fe-MCM-41 molecular sieves were synthesized and used as the catalyst for oxidation of cyclohexane to prepare cyclohexanone. With oxygen as oxygen source, under 2.5 MPa, influence of factors such as temperature, air flow and space velocity were investigated. The results show that under the conditions of 160 ℃, air flow rate is 25 mL/min, space velocity is 1.0 h-1, the conversion rate of cyclohexane can reach 29.56%, yield of cyclohexanol is 9.63% and the yield of cyclohexanone is 23.72%. So Fe-MCM-41 molecular sieve is a good catalyst for oxidation of cyclohexane, and it is environmental-friendly, with low cost, high conversion rate and high selectivity of the oxidation.

61 Numerical Simulation of Liquid Solid Two-Phase Heat Transfer in Fluidized Bed Exchanger

Solid particles were added into the circulating fluidized bed exchanger to enhance the heat transfer by string boundary layer. In this paper, numerical simulation of liquid-solid flow was performed and control equations of two phase flow were established. Simulation was calculated by means of FLUENT. The simulation results demonstrated flow velocity, turbulence kinetic energy and wall temperature increased with increment of heat flux. The calculation result was in accordance with the experimental one.

66 Application of New Catalyst in Diesel Oil Hydrogenation Set

In this article, the present situation of the diesel product in ZJ Petrochemical Company was analyzed, and new catalyst was selected by experiments. Two catalysts DN-3551 and DC-2551 of American Standard Company were compared, and the results showed that DN-3551 had better effect. It was proposed that, DN\|3551 can be used to increase diesel cetane number, drop the sulfur content and produce high-clean diesel in ZJ Petrochemical Company.

70 Determination of 2-Acetylthiophene Reaction System by Capillary Gas Chromatography

A method is described for the determination of thiophene, acetic anhydride, 3-acetylthiophene and 2-acetylthiophene by capillary gas chromatography with FID and a Carbowax-20M capillary column, using diethyl oxalate as the internal standard Under the selected chromatographic conditions, the separation efficiency between 3-acetylthiophene and 2-acetylthiophene was good. A series of linear equations between quality and peak area ratio were built up The relative standard deviations and the average recoveries for thiophene, acetic anhydride, 3-acetylthiophene and 2-acetylthiophene were 2.93%, 3.60%, 3.69%, 1.45% and 99.16%, 104.83%, 101.47%, 101.73%,respectively.

73 Progress in Preparation and Application of Thermochromic Functional Films

As a kind of potential functional materials, thermochromic functional films play an important role in industry and daily life. In this paper, the applications and preparation methods including vacuum evaporation, reactive sputtering method, chemical vapor deposition, sol-gel method, combinatorial robot system “M-istCombi”, Langmuir-Blodgett films method and molecular self-assembly method, were reviewed in detail. Meanwhile the progress in new application and their development trends were briefly discussed.
