The Study of Produciug Fructose Using Dynamic Membrane Separation Type Enzymolysis Device

A continuous enzymodysis device is combined with a single filter housing dynamic separator(used as ultra filtration module) and a completely stirred enzymolysis reactor. The whole system is a semi-closed circuit.The technological process of producing fructose was studied by using inulinase from candia glaebosa to hydrolyze the inulin which is the main ingredient of jerusalem artichokes extract. Thus,the mathematic model was obtained and examined. It was also proved that the device can be treated as continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR). Besides, the results showed that with in the test limits, the productivity of continuous operation is 2.34 times as much as that of a batch one under the same dry weight of fructose. it is seen that the continuous enzymolysis will be an operation of excellent developing future .

A Primary Study of the Modelling of Pressurized Fluidized Bed(Ⅰ)──The Effect of Pressure and Internals on Incipient Fluidized State of Fine Particles

Experiments were carried out under pressure( 0.5~2.5MPa) with three kinds of fine particles(Fcc, glass bead, sand) in a fluidized bed φ98mm and 2000mm long. Several parameters with regard to the design of pressurized fluidized bed reactors were investigated. This paper emphasizes on the effects of pressure and of three kinds of internals especially the vertical type on the incipient fluidized state. At the same time, Ergun equation is used to analyze theoretically the experimental phenomena and calculate the minimum fluidization velocity. It is noted that experimental results are in good accordance with what predicted from the Ergun equation.

In this paper,the preparation method and mechanism of silver-white pearlescent pigments are discussed. Some problems including the optical properties of pearlescent pigment, the relationship between calcination condition and crystal comfiguration are emphatically studied using XRD,SEM, spectrum reflectivity and coating rate test method.

A Study on Effect of Net Structure of Corrugated Wire Gauze Packing on Its Mass Transfer Performance

The mass transfer Performance of corrugated wire gauze packings with different net structures were studied in a 100mm ID tower with benzene-carbon tetrachloride system. The relationships of HETP and F for different reflux ratios were obtained. The results showed there exists certain effect of net structure of corrugated wire gauze Packings on its mass transfer performance.

Prediction of Solution Surface Tension by ASOG Method

This paper introduces the ASOG model into Butler'sequation.A new method is set up to predict the surface tension of binary and multicomponent non-electrolyte solution, requiring only pure component properties and ASOG parameters. Predictions based on this approach agree well with experiment data for 90 binary and 8 ternary systems.

The Effect of Monomer Feeding Method on the Copolymerization Grafting of Butyl Acrylate and Acrylonitrile onto Gelatin

Butyl acrylate(BA) and acrylonitrile(AN)were grafted by copolymeri zation onto photographic gelatin. The effects of the feeding method of monomers (BA and AN) on the reaction were studied in detail.The grafted samples were examined by ninhydrin reaction, IR spect roscopic method, DSC technique, amino acid determination and nitrogen element analysis. All of these measurements offer evidences to the forma tion of grafting pBA and pAN onto gelatin.

Mass Transfer Efficiency of Perforated Plate of Non-uniform Perferation
Zhao Zheshan
The structure and performance of perforated plates of non-uniform perforation are studied in a plastic column and the mass transfer efficiency of oxygen desorption is analysed. The experimental results show that the per rforated plate of non-uniform perforation possesses 5%~10% higher mass transfer efficiency and 30% egreater operational lasticity in compa rision with the perforated plate of uniform perforation.

Properties of C/RuO_2 ̄+MnO_x Anode in Sulfuric Acid
Liang zhenhai; Wang Sen
A type of anode─C/RuO2+MnOx was prepared and the composition of its surface layer was determined by meams of EDS. Lifetime of the anode was investigated in 2.5mol/L H2SO4. The polarization curves and kinetic parameters of it were also determined. The results showed that C/RuO2+MnOx anode has better electrochemical properties than graphite and lead anodes do.
