187 Study on DMC Preparation by a Catalytic Distillation Process

In a catalytic distillation column, dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was prepared through a simple transesterification reaction between methanol and propylene carbonate using 12 tungstophoric acid supported onto carbon molecular sieve as heterogeneous catalyst. The effect of operational pressure, molar ratio in feed streams, reflux ratio and throughput on propylene carbonate conversion were experimentally investigated. The appropriate operational conditions were obtained.

192 Investigation on Characteristic Velocity of Agitating Extraction Column

Characteristic velocity is investigated in agitating extraction column of 90mm diameter.Four systems:kerosene water,kerosene 15%glycerol, machinery oil water,2 ethyl hexanol water are used in this work. In term of experimental data, a fluid mechanics model was determined by regression analysis and compared with other equations. Experimental results of this work show that characteristic velocity has two regions with different characteristics. The correlations of characteristic velocity in the two regions and the critical rotation speed were obtained.

197 Research on Preparing a New Type High Temperature Shift Conversion Catalyst

A new process that industrial nitric acid reacts with iron chippings and shavings to produce ferrous nitrate solution is presented. Furthermore, to prepare new type Fe Cr system high temperature shift conversion catalyst is also provided using obtained solution. All samples obtained catalysts are examined. The results show that all kinds of properties are in accord to or surpass with criterion of the Chemical Engineering Department. Moreover, the running situations of prepared new type catalysis on industrial scale in the water shift conversion reactor are very perfect.

201 Supported Tungstophosphorous Heteropoly Acid Catalyst in Synthesizing Octyl-glucoside

This paper describes the direct synthesis of octyl\|glucoside with supported heteropolyacid catalysts.SiO\-2 is used as support and HPA/SiO\-2 with different loadings are prepared.Strong acidity resin is used for improving the catalytic activity.In this paper,loading amount and temperature which influence the reaction have been studied and the optimum reaction conditions have been determined.

205 The Experimental Research of Epoxy-acrylic Cathodic Electrodeposition Coating(Ⅱ) ——Investigation on the Electrophoretic Coating Process

The electrophoretic coating process of epoxy\|acrylic cathodic electrodeposition coating was investigated. The effects of the parameters of electrophoretic technology on the properties of paint films were studied systemically.The experimental results show that the electrophoretic paint with better appearance and propeties can be made if the appropriate parameters were selected.

210 Study on Catalyst System of Degradable Material-polyketone

A degradable material\|polyketone (STCO),poly(1\|oxo\|2\|phentrimethylene),was prepared by solution copolymerization of carbon monoxide (CO) with styrene (ST) in the presence of a catalyst composed of palladium acetate,bident ligand 2,2′\|bipyridyl and strong acid et al.The effect of aminosulfonic acid,BF\-3.OEt,kinds and amount of cupric ion on the catalytic activity of the copolymerization were discussed.The results showed that catalyst has good catalytic activity and R can reach 581.38g (STCO)·g -1 (Pd)·h -1 .Polyketone,the product of solution copolymization of CO with ST,is an alternative copolymer of CO and ST.Cupric p \|toluenesulphonate has cocatalytic activity.

215 Extractive Distillation and its Development

Extractive distillation is a well\|known technique for separating azeotropes and mixtures of componets having close boiling point.Extractive distillation includes continuous distillation and batch extractive distillation.The batch extractive distillation is a new technique developed recently.The selection of solvent for extractive distillation is the key aspect for the extractive distillation process.In the past time,the solvent used for extractive distillation is single solvent.However,in recent years,the mixed solvent is studied and used because of its good features.

221 Preparation of Gelatin Hydrolyzate with AS1.398 Neutral Protease(Ⅲ) ——Study on the Stability of Immobilized Enzyme

The stabilities of both AS 1 398 natural and immobilized neutral proteases to pH,heat,store shelf life and operation using life were studied in comparison with their enzymetic activities.The results showed that these stabilities were greatly enhanced when the AS 1 398 neutral protease was immobilized on the carrier.

228 Selection of Environmentally Benign Working Fluids for Heat Pump Drying Equipment

Heat pump drying may save energy and get high quality products,but traditional working fluids for heat pumps which have serious Ozone Depletion Potential and Global Warming Potential have been forbidden to use in developed countries. The purpose of this paper is to select environmentally benign alternatives to traditional heat pump drying equipment with different hot air temperature. A set of working fluids selected from a database has been considered and the most suitable working fluids have been recommended.

In this paper has been simply described the main usage of poly\|aspartic acid and introduced how to synthesize poly\|aspartic acid.It includes synthesizing monomer,the polymerization of monomer,the relation between the property of polymer and technology, as well as the treament of product,and so on. Key words:poly\|aspartic acid; aspartic acid; polymer; addition agent; water treatment agent content in the soiled depth of 40?cm deep is lower than the background value.The drilling mud stimulates the growth of reed and the drilling mud has litter impact on reed quality.
