Abstract The stabilities of both AS 1 398 natural and immobilized neutral proteases to pH,heat,store shelf life and operation using life were studied in comparison with their enzymetic activities.The results showed that these stabilities were greatly enhanced when the AS 1 398 neutral protease was immobilized on the carrier.
