Abstract The electrophoretic coating process of epoxy\|acrylic cathodic electrodeposition coating was investigated. The effects of the parameters of electrophoretic technology on the properties of paint films were studied systemically.The experimental results show that the electrophoretic paint with better appearance and propeties can be made if the appropriate parameters were selected.
