Forces Acting on Floating Objects and Their MotionBehavior in Gas Fluidized Bed

he equation of gaseous pressure forces distribution on floating objects is developed with the two phases flow equation of gassolid in gas fluidized bed and Archimedes principle is testified in minimum fluidization or at low superficial gas velocity. The motion behavior of floating objects is also investigated by experiment.

Preparation of Diethyl Oxalate by CO Coupling-Regeneration Reaction

haracteristics of reaction for preparing oxalate in gas phase with CO on Pd/Al2O3 catalyst under industry circumstances have been studied. The feasible controlled prerequisites of CO coupling reaction matching with regeneration reaction were obtained. The coupling reaction temperature is 353～393K. The consistency of CO is 25%～35%,of NO 20%～30%,and of RONO 10%～15%.

Synthesis and Properties of Polycarbonate-Polyurethane/Epoxy Resin Composite Polymers
Chen Tonghui Zhang Junzhi Gao Yue Li Hansheng
series of composite polymers (PCPU/EP) were synthesized from Polycarbonate Polyurethane (PCPU) and epoxy resin (EP). The reaction mechanism and apparent reaction kinetics of PCPU with EP were studied by means of IR spectrum. It was proved that grafting structure occurs between PCPU and EP. It shows from experimental data that both the impact strength and adhesion shearing strength of PCPU/EP composite appear maximum values as PCPU/EP=10/100. The optimal composite polymer can be designed and prepared through adjusting the ratio of NCO/OH in PCPU and the chemical composition of PCPU/EP.

Study on Catalytic Hydrogenation under AtmosphericPressure for the Synthesis of 2,2,6,6Tetramethyl4Piperidinol

he catalytic hydrogenation of 2,2,6,6tetramethyl4piperidone to 2,2,6,6tetramethyl4piperidinol was studied in the present paper.The reaction conditions,including nature of catalysts,concentration of triacetone and solvents,etc.,were investigated systematically when the reaction was carried out in a fluidizedbed tower reactor.The reaction parameters were optimised.The yield of 2,2,6,6tetramethyl4piperidinol is up to 97% under optimum reaction conditions.Thus,a novel route to synthesize 2,2,6,6tetramethyl4piperidinol by catalytic hydrogenation of triacetoneamine was established.

A Technical Method to Separate Acetone—Ethylacetate

n this paper,we propose a new approach in separating acetone(CH3COCH3) and ethyl acetate(C2H5COOCH3). In order to reduce energy consumption,salts and dispersive agent are added into water to form composite extractants,which obviously change the effects of extraction separation.It is shown that the selectivity coefficient can be increased from 3.84 to 5.0×103.Effect of the operation parameter on separation and the feasibility in industrial production are explored.The distillation—extraction flow sheet of separation is presented.This method can save 30% of energy in comparison with the traditional method.

athematical models of coal combustion,gasification and biomass gasification in circulating fluidized bed (CFB)reported in the literatures are introduced briefly in this paper.On the basis of the diffence of hydrodynamic models used,these models are classified into five groups:bubble fluidized bed,one dimensional hydrodynamic,district,particle track and multidimensional models.The hydrodynamic models used in CFB mathematical models are mainly discussed.

his article reported a chemical method to synthesize polyaniline powders with (NH4)2S2O8 as oxidator in 1M HCl solution.From the nickel—coated carbon fiber felts compounded with epoxy resin and polyaniline the compact composite was obtained.The article discussed the effects to absorption ability in the presence of Ni—coating carbonfiber felts and polyaniline powders.

Pressure Fluctuations in a Multi—Solid Fluidized Bed

he pressure fluctuations in a multi—Solid fluidized bed(MSFB) are investigated under various experiment conditions.The main purpose of the studies is to show the effect of coarse particles on pressure fluctuaton in MSFBs.The pressure fluctuations show that the difference in coarse particle bed behvior depends on whether fine particles are circulated or not.
