Abstract haracteristics of reaction for preparing oxalate in gas phase with CO on Pd/Al2O3 catalyst under industry circumstances have been studied. The feasible controlled prerequisites of CO coupling reaction matching with regeneration reaction were obtained. The coupling reaction temperature is 353～393K. The consistency of CO is 25%～35%,of NO 20%～30%,and of RONO 10%～15%.
