249 Study on Soap-Free Emulsion Polymerization of System St-BA-HEA in the Presence of Methanol

By means of soap free emulsion the polymer microspheres have been synthesized with styrene (St)、butyl acrylate(BA) and hydrophilic monomer(HEA) in the presence of methanol. The effects of the cosolvent methanol dosage, the initiator dosage and hydrophilic monomer dosage on the polymerization rate and the final latex particle diameter were studied. The results show that the polymerization rate speeds up, the final latex particle diameter and its monodispersity increase as long as the proper amount of methanol is added. The polymerization rate and the final latex particle diameter rise with increasing the initiator dosage and hydrophilic monomer dosage in the presence of methanol.

255 Analysis of the Deactivated Co-Mo-K/Al_2O_3 Sulfide Catalyst for WGSR

Taking advantages of various characterizing techniques and comparative data between the activated and deactivated Co-Mo-K/Al 2O 3 sulfide catalysts for WGSR obtained some results. It was found that in the deactivated sample some K and S ingrated from interier to exterior and carried away by the gas stream, Al 2O 3 was changed from γ-Al 2O 3 to (Al 2O 3). 10R some more stable form of Co and Mo components were formed by the action of higher steam partial pressure resulting in the loss of reactivity seriously. Besides, Fe, Ni, and Co trapped by the feed gas from the pipe lines and vessels deposited on the surface the covering of the active sites, thus made the situation worse.

260 A Study of Sorbents for Chloride Removal from High Temperature Gas

Five sorbents for chloride removal from high temperature gas were studied in a fixed bed reactor. The experimental results show that all the tested sorbents can rapidly react with HCl vapor at 300℃,and reduce the HCl vapor concentration from about 1×10 -3 mg/m 3 to 0 5×10 -6 mg/m 3. The EC02 sorbent self prepared presents the highest chloride capacity. The effects of reaction temperature on chemical reactivity of EC02 sorbent and distribution of chloride in the sorbent bed were studied. It is found that the higher the reaction temperature, the higher the chloride content of sorbent and sorbent in the upstream end of the bed is nearly saturated with the chloride whereas sorbent in the downstream end contained less than 2% of chloride.

266 Study on the Synthesis of 2-Methylpyrazine(Ⅰ) ——Study on the Catalyst

This paper studies a process of preparing 2\|methylpyrazine by vapor\|gas phase heterogeneous catalytic reation of ethylenediamine with propylene glycol. The effects of active components,the ratio of active components,carriers and calcined temperature,are investigated systematically. The effective and selective catalyst is prepared by impregnation of Zn\|Mn\|Cr nitrates on the charcoal with the ratio of 2∶2∶1 by weight. The catalyst is used at 360℃ and the yield is 86.7%.

269 The New Synthetic Route of HCFU

In this paper the new synthetic route of HCFU was based on the Curtius rearrangement reaction,in which HCFU was prepared by two steps. Firstly,the n -hexyl isocyanate was prepared from ethyl heptanoate and hydrzine hydrate by Curtius condensation reaction. And then the title compound was synthesized from 5-FU by using pyridine as solvent,in which the mixture of 0.1mol 5-Fu and 0.1mol n -hexyl isocyanate in pyridine was heated 3h at 95℃ to give HCFU.

272 Biomimetic Synthesis Technology and Its Application Researches

Since the 1990s,a new synthesis method called biomimetic synthesis,which imitates the mechanism of biomineralization has emerged.In the process of bimineralization,the growth of inorganic materials were guided by the organic macromolecules.Materials produced with the new technology,such as nanometer particles\,thin films and porous materials always possessed special physical and chemical characteristics.The high-performance inorganic materials synthesized in the biomimetic ways have established the focus and fromtier position of biomimetic synthesis technology in the material chemistry field.

285 Synthesis of Esters of Taxotere Side Chain

Eight Taxotere side chain esters (2-hydroxy-3-phenyl-3-(t\|butyloxycarbonyloxyamino)proponates)(D) were synthesized by opening of the ring of 3-ethoxyethoxy-4-phenyl-2-azetidinone (B)in the presence of alcohol and NaHMDS followed by deprotection with AcOH.These are all new compounds.Their structures were confirmed by IR,\+1HNMR and elementary analysis.)

290 Separation on the Aqueous Alcohol Solution by Extractive and Reactive Distillation with Salt

On the basis of extractive distillation with salt and extractive distillation with reaction,a new method of extractive distillation with salt and reaction combined was put forward in the paper.According to the experiments of isopropanol\|water system it showed that extractive distillation with salt and reaction combined was better than extractive distillation with salt only.Through the process experiment it further proved that this method got the product of isopropanol over 96% and was very effective for separating aqueous alcohol solutions.

295 The Pore Size and Pore Size Distribution on the Surface of Polyethersulfone Hollow Fiber Plasmapheresis Membrane

The pore size and its distribution on the surface of polyethersulfone (PES) hollow fiber plasmapheresis membrane were characterized by using microscopic observation method of field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) and solute transport model method based on particle separation.The geometric mean pore size is 229nm. The pore size is distribution ranged from 150nm~350nm,obtained by FESEM.The mean pore size is 197nm,which was obtained from solute sieving coefficients.The PES hollow fiber membrane with mean pore size about 200nm was suit for plasmapheresis.

300 A Model of Fixed Bed for Extracting Erythromycin with Porous Media Impregnated by Solvent

The extraction technology using the porous media to be impregnated by solvent is an effective separation method.In this paper,based on the characteristic of the fixed bed solvent extraction,the diffusion mass transfer model was adopted.By supposing of inner diffusion controlling step,a mathematical model of fixed bed for extracting erythromycin from its fermentation liquid with porous media impregnated by solvent was carried out.

303 Synthesis of 2-Methyl Octanoic Acid

In the study on the synthesis of sex pheromone of pine saw fly, the 2-Methyl octanoic acid, an important synthon block of the sex pheromone was synthesiszed in this paper. It was obtained from diethyl malonate in about 24 2% yield through hexylation, methylation, hydrolysis and decarboxylation.

In the production of petroleum resin, the technical transformation has made remarkable economical and social benefit. The technical transformation includes that change three steps polymerization to one step and the watering technology of removing BF\-3 to neutralization-filter technology.
