63 Study of Heat Transfer Enhancement on Wheat Black Liquor in a Novel Three-Phase Circulating Fluidized Bed Evaporator

A novel vapor-liquid-solid three-phase circulating fluidized bed evaporator is applied to vaporize wheat black liquor.Influence of several parameters,including heat flux,flow rate and volume fraction of particles,on flow boiling heat transfer coefficient is discussed.It shows that the three-phase flow boiling hear transfer coefficient increases with the augment of the heat flux,the flow rate of black liquor and the volume fractions of solid particles.Furthermore,as for fluid as viscous as black liquor,using such an evaporator can promote heat transfer coefficient with particles by 20%~30% than that of two-phase without particles.

67 Catalytic Synthesis of Piperonylene Propanal by KF/Al_2O_3

Piperonylene propanal was synthesized through Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction in the presence of KF/Al2O3,heliotropin and propanal as reactants.Adaptive technological conditions have been determined by statistical experiment.The yield of parallel experiment was 802% under the reaction conditions which are 60℃~70℃,03mol heliotropin and 042mol propanal as reactants,14g KF/Al2O3 catalyst,the dropping time of propanal 2h,reaction time 2h.

71 Influence of Structural parameters of Corrugated Plate Packing on Performance of Axial Mixing in Liquid Phase

The influence of structural parameters of corrugated plate packing on performance of axial mixing in liquid phase was investigated in 300mm ID packing tower with air-H2O-KCl system.The results shown that the axial backmixing parameter Pe increases with increasing the drilling rate  and the inclination angle β and with decreasing the unit height of the packing H. The results are of value to development and design of corrugated plate packing.

76 The Synthesis of 3-Chloro-2-Nitrobenzene

The paper relates to the synthesis of 3-chloro-2-nitrobenzene. Using 2,6-dichloroamine benzene as reaction material through diazo, substitution, hydrolization and condensation can be synthesized 3-chloro-2-nitrobenzene. The best condition of synthesis is foun. The invention mainly studies hydrolization and condensation process.

80 A Precision Solution for Unsteady-State Diffusion in Semi-infinite Medium

A method for determining precision solution of a mass transfer differential equation for an unsteady-state diffusion and reaction process in a semiinfinite medium is presented. The semiinfinite medium may be solid or fluid. A component A is absorbed on the surface of the solid or in fluid phase,diffuses unsteadily, and reacts in the phase. The reaction component A is considered as one order. The precision solution of the unsteady-state diffusion model in the finite medium is given.

84 Research Progress of Acrylate Copolymerical Emulsion

Polyacrylate emulsion is a kind of preparing easily and applying widely copolymerical emulsion with excellent performances, which can accord with the demands of environmental protection. In this paper the auhors discuss the formulation design of synthesizing acrylate copolymerical emulsion systemically, such as various property of monomers, emulsifiers,initiators, chain transfer reagents, pH adjuSt additives and other additives, their actions and their effects on the performances of acrylate copolymerical emulsion during synthesis. Synthetic technologies such as core-shell emulsion polymerization, free-soap emulsion polymerization,organic-inorganic incombination emulsion po1ymerization, group transfer polymerization,interpenetrating netWork polymerization, micro-emulsion polymerization and super micro-emulsion polymerization and some other new polymerization technologies and applications in building coatings and adhesives of acrylate copolymeric emulsion are summarized in this paper. 

95 Surface Modification and Anti-Fouling of Polymeric Membranes

Surface modification and fouling of polysulfone(PS) membranes as well as polyacrylomitrile(PAN)membranes were studied by grafting acrylamide with the initiating systems of Ce4+/-OH and Fe2+/H2O2 after pretreatment by K2S2O8 and alkaline respectively.The surface modified membranes were verified by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.Results showed that the anti-fouling ability of both PS and PAN membranes with respect to bovine serum albumin was improved after surface modification though the water flux was reduced.

100 The Middle Insensitive Phenomenon of Ejector While Two Throats Matching

In this paper has been discovered middle insensitive area of ejector in the matching between throat of the gradually expanding tube and that of nozzle. The middle insensitive area was brought by the various peculiarity of the flow field. The appearance time was decided by the throat of nozzle, the pressure at in and out area,and the difference of the pressure of them;The criterion of the appearance time was brought out through numerical method to dispose experiment data. When the throat of the gradually expanding tube in round D扩=155d+k×Pcm/Pp×(lnΔP-2.3) the middle insensitive area will appear.

104 Optimization of Technological Conditions for Synthesis of Diisopropyl Ether from Propylene and Isopropanol

This paper investigated the synthesis of diisopropyl ether by direct etherification of propylene and isopropanol in an industrial reactor on thousands ton scale.Effects of main technological parameters in the reaction on the reactive results have been explored.The optimum operating conditions in synthesis of diisopropyl ether have been determined.

108 Acylation of Gelatin and Application

The amino groups of the gelatin are the amenable sites for modification in aqueous solution. Benzoylation of the gelatin with pathalic anhydride can change the solubility. The reaction with dicarboxylic acid anhydrides results in an acid addition product,which alters the ratio of free basic to free acidic groups in gelatin,so as to lower the isoelectric point. So these products have a lot of new characteristics and uses. Benzoylated gelatin is widely used for the coagulation of photographic emulsions and succinylated gelatin is utilized as a blood plasma expander.

112 Industry Synthesis and Application of N,N-DMA

N,N-dimethylacrylamide(N,N-DMA) is an important fine chemical,which is now widely used in more and more fields. In this paper the main chemical and physical property of N,N-DMA are introduced. The structure specialities of it are highlighted. Main industry synthesis methods are briefly introduced,which include the method of vinyl chloride and the method of methyl acrylate. The current application conditions and future prospect of N,N-DMA in many fields are emphasized.
