铁矿粉烧结收尘灰中提取钾的试验研究

摘要烧结收尘灰是铁矿粉烧结过程中产生的固体废弃物，含有氯化钾等有价元素，可作为二次资源回收利用。采用水溶液浸取烧结收尘灰原料，浸出液经净化，蒸发浓缩得到氯化钾产品。研究表明，较好的制备工艺条件为浸出温度60℃、浸出时间0.5 h、浸出液固比1.5，净化反应碳酸钠用量为理论用量的1.6倍，净化温度室温，沉淀时间0.5 h，搅拌速度300 r/min。

Abstract： Sintering dust collecting ash is a solid waste produced in process of sintering iron ore powder which contains valuable elements such as potassium chloride and can be used as the secondary resource. In this paper, the leaching process of sintering dust, purification and evaporation of leaching liquid is studied to obtain potassium chloride product. Results show that the optimization conditions of the preparation are:leaching temperature 60℃, leaching time 0.5 h, ratio of leaching liquid to solid 1.5, 1.6 times of sodium carbonate theory dosage, purification at room temperature, precipitation time 0.5 h, mixing speed 300 r/min.
