摘要 采用正交试验优选出微波辅助提取中草药远志有效成分的最适宜条件,同时对提取物有效成分皂苷进行了定性检测。结果表明,远志皂苷的最适宜提取条件为:乙醇体积分数为30%,m(料)∶m(液)为1∶15,微波功率230 W,微波时间3.5 min,根据分子结构式分别采用化学检测法和红外光谱法对其进行定性鉴定。

Abstract: In this paper, the orthogonal test was designed to find out the best experiment conditions of microwave assisted extracting the effective component from polygala and the extractions were further qualitatively tested. The optimal conditions were found to be ethanol concentration of 30%(V), solidliquid mass ratio of 1∶15, microwave time of 3.5 min and microwave power of 230 W. According to the molecular structure, the qualitative analysis of polygala onjisaponin were carried out by using chemical detection method and infrared spectroscopy.
