Abstract��
In the process of synthesizing PEK, product, solvent, by��product and raw materials are mixed together as a solid after reaction at room temperature. In order to purify product from other substance, the solid mixtures are usually comminuted and soaked out by diphenyl sulfone, and then recover the solvent by distillation and drying. The leaching process of diphenyl sulfone from PEK product was studied. Experimental results show that the improved fat extraction process is the optimum leaching method and it is simple, easy to be controlled. The period of all matter being treated is about 2.16 h, the quantity of acetone being used during experiment is 0.03 L and the percentage of matter loss in comminution is zero. Meanwhile, the leaching mechanism was clarified and provided foundation for the design of production process. ����ͪ��PEK��
