CHI Han-Wen, ZHAO Yu-Jun, WANG Sheng-Ping, XU Yan, 吕Jing , MA Xin-Bin
Mesoporous Cu-MCM-41 catalyst was successfully synthesized and its textural and reduction properties were characterized by BET, TEM, XRD and TPR. The results indicated that the catalyst had regular mesoporous structure and copper was highly dispersed on MCM-41 supporter. Gaseous hydrogenation of DMO reaction was carried out to investigate the catalytic performance of Cu-MCM-41 catalyst. The tests of reaction parameters indicated that reaction temperature, pressure, H2/DMO ratio and liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV) all have much effect on the catalytic performance. The optimum reaction conditions were: reaction temperature 473 K, pressure 2.5 MPa, H2/DMO ratio 80—100. Under these conditions, DMO could be fully converted and the selectivity of EG was over 98% at LHSV as 2.0 h-1.

ZHAO Yin, GAO Jun-Yan, WANG Yan-Lei, LI Zhi-Yong, CHEN Wei
The continuous crystallization process of trisodium citrate pentahydrate was investigated. The particle size distribution of trisodium citrate pentahydrate in continuous crystallization process was measured using Malvern sizer equipment. Using these data and size-independent growth model, the nucleation and growth equations of trisodium citrate pentahydrate were determined. It was shown that the nucleation rate of trisodium citrate pentahydrate was more sensitive to supersaturation than the growth rate. It can be deduced that average particle size will be smaller when the supersaturation of solution is increased.

YU Shun-Lei, ZHAO Lin, DONG Tao, TAN Xin, LIU Chang-Guang
The crosslinked enzyme aggregate (CLEA) of aminoacylase (EC 3.5, 1.14) from aspergillus melleus was prepared by precipitation with ethanol and crosslinking with glutaraidehyde and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether (EGDE) as crosslinkers. The various crosslinked parameters were optimized. Almost 63.42% activity of CLEA of aminoacylase remained by using 90% (V/V) ethanol, followed by cross-linking 12 h with glutaraidehyde and EGDE at 30 ℃, the mass ratio was 1.00∶0.75∶2.00. The stability of aminoacylase was enhanced after immobilization. The thermal deactivation model was changed from oneexponential model (free enzyme) to twoexponential model. Free enzyme lost almost all of activity, while aminoacylase CLEA 43% of initial activity. Even at 57 ℃ after 24 h, 32% of initial activity was retained. Additionally, the reusability of the CLEA was evaluated. Aminoacylase CLEA showed 72% residual activity after 10 cycles of repeated use.

LIU Li-Yan, YANG Jing, KONG Qing-Sen, WANG Chu-Chen, TAN Wei
The particle size distribution of a common air atomizing nozzle with small flow was measured by LSA-Ⅲ laser particle sizer. The experiment was mainly focused on particle size distribution along the different axial position in the condition of different gas-liquid ratio, gas pressure and liquid pressure. The experimental results show that both gasliquid ratio and gas pressure have influence on particle size, the effect of gas pressure is the biggest, then is the gas-liquid ratio and liquid pressure is smallest. According to this experimental condition, the surface area average diameter and volume average diameter of droplet changing at the axial distance of 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm and 500 mm are undulatory. By data analysis of the experimental results of droplet size distribution, the characteristic parameters of and n in RosinRammler distribution function could be obtained, and the theory foundation of quantitative calculation for droplet size was provided.

QI Guo-Peng, WANG Bing-Bing, JIANG Feng, LI Xiu-Lun
A transparent multi-tube vapor-liquid-solid circulating fluidized bed evaporator was designed and built to research the pressure drop and distribution of solid particles in the heating pipe bundle. The effects of circulating flow rate, heat flux and amount of additive particle on pressure drop and distribution of solid particles in the heating pipe bundle were investigated using the pressure sensors and CCD image gathering and processing system. The results show that as the circulating flow rate and additive particle amount increase, the nonhomogeneity of particle distribution decreases and the pipe bundle pressure drop increases; while the heat flux increases, the nonhomogeneity of particle distribution decreases and the pipe bundle pressure drop fluctuates, but the pipe bundle pressure drop value is always less than the value gathered when the heating power is zero.
