Study on Reaction Crystallization (Ⅰ) ——Crystallization Thermodynamics and Reaction Kinetics Investigation by Laser Method

The saturation and supersaturation characters of procaine benzylpenicillium in sodium chloride aqueous solutions at different temperature,pH and concentration were investigated and analyzed by using laser detection technique.The reaction kinetics through this method was also obtained.The results provide some thermodynamic and reaction kinetic bases for the study of reaction crystallization of procaine benzylpenicillium.

The Effect of Volume Fraction of Mixture on Separation Characteristics in Vibrated Fluidized Beds

The effect of volume fraction of the separation mixture on bed density and separation effciency were investigated experimentally from measurement of bed density by means of pressure transmitter and analysis of particle distribution in a vibrated fluidized bed.It was shown that while the upper limit of volume fraction was about 20%,particle mixture might be significantly separated in a vibrated fluidized bed. It was also found that separation efficiency is a little higher in vibration condition than that in non vibration condition. This study would be useful to the process of segregation of fine coke slag mixture and dry beneficiation.

Solid liquid Phase Diagram of Vitamin C System in Crystallization

The solid liquid phase diagram of Vitamin C water ethanol system was obtained on the basis of DSC(differential scanning calorimeter)curves with the aid of quantitive analysis.The crystallization heat of Vitamin C was calculated.This work is helpful to the determination of operation conditions and the design of crystallizers.

The Study of the Corrosive Causes and the Anticorrosion for the hennebique Poles in Tianjin Coastal Areas

The environmental conditions and the chemicophysical causes for the corrosive cement poles in Tianjin coastal areas are studied.The anticorrosive effects are satisfactory by adding the compound preservative agent in the cement when the poles are making.It has been still in a good state for the anticorrosive poles in the coastal areas after 20 years.

In this paper,the basic features of plasma polymerization are stated.Synthesis apparatus generally used are reviewed.Some parameters influencing on plasma polymerization are presented.The structures of the polymeric films and modern analytical techniques used for characterize them are briefly discussed.Up to date applications of plasma polymerization and plasma modification in electrical,optical and biomedical fields are summarized.

Chemical Degradation of Polyacrylamide at Low Temperature in Aqueous Solution

The accelerated low temperature degradation and molecular control of polyamide were studied.In aqueous solution,the molecular weight of PAM decreased obviously under the action of some peroxides.The properties and concentration of the peroxides,the degradation time and temperature are significantly effected the rate of degradation and the end molecular weight of PAM.The effect of hydrolysis of PAM on the viscosity of PAM solution was also investigated.The results showed that the hydrolysis of PAM was slight in our research scope,and decrease of the viscosity caused by hydrolysis can be neglected.

The Improvement of Liquid Screen Reflux Ratio Regulator

The liquid screen reflux ratio regulator was improved.The shape of slit was modified to increase the elasticity of operation.The structure of reflux ratio regulator was ameliorated to make remote control reliable and repair convenient.Moreover,the means of restricting movement of moving frame was adopted to improve the operation safety and reliability of reflux regulator.The experiment data show,after improvement,the production ability of reflux regulator was enlarged,and the operation reproducibility and precision was improved.
