Abstract The solid liquid phase diagram of Vitamin C water ethanol system was obtained on the basis of DSC(differential scanning calorimeter)curves with the aid of quantitive analysis.The crystallization heat of Vitamin C was calculated.This work is helpful to the determination of operation conditions and the design of crystallizers.
