125 Application of Polyampholyte in High Turbidity Water of Huanghe River

In this paper,various charge densities acrylamide-based polyampholytes [the copolymer of acrylamide(AM),dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC) and acrylic acid(AA)] were synthesized.The influence of ratio of cationic and anionic monomers on molecular weight of ampholytic polyelectrolytes and influence of cationic and anionic content in ampholytic polyelectrolytes on flocculation effects have been investigated.These polyelectrolytes were applied to treatment of the high turbidity water of the Huanghe River as a flocculant,this practical application is the first test in our country.The results show that inter isoelectric point range of polyampholytes,its function is much better than the convention flocculants,such as non-ionic,cationic or anionic flocculants.

130 Simulation of Multi-phase Polymer Morphology in Orthogonal Shear Flow Field

According to the dynamics equation of microphase-separated multi-component polymer,we simplified flow field in the process of blending and deduced the dynamics equation.Then Cell Dynamical Systems (CDS) algorithm for simulating image was applied to simulating the equation. The result provided the evolvement process of binary blend morphology in simplified flow field (orthogonal Shear flow field) and reflect the main characteristic of morphology evolution in blending process.In the end,the method for improving simulation precision was given.The method used in this paper is a new one for simulation of multi-phase polymer morphology in blending process.

135 A Novel Microgel for EOR in Hostile Environments

On the base of polyacrylamide with high molecular weight,the water-soluble PAM microgels was prepared.The crosslinked structure of the microgels is composed of σ bands,which makes little changes of the viscosity in the conditions of high temperature and salinity.At 45℃,the recovery of 15‰ microgels obtained 25% in brines.The PAM microgels is found to have special property in EOR by the research on it.

139 Synthesis and Characterization of PET-PTMG Poly(ether-ester)

poly (ether-ester) based on poly (ethylene terephthalate)-poly (tetramethylene glycol) (PET-PTMG) was synthesized by melt polycondensation.The structure and sequence distribution of PET-PTMG poly (ether-ester) were measured by IR,13C-NMR.The effects of various reaction conditions such as kinds of catalyst and its concentration,polycondensation reaction time on the intrinsic viscosity of poly (ether-ester) were also discussed.The results showed the structure of polymer is ether bond and ester bond,and PET-PTMG poly (ether-ester) is random block copolymer.

145 Study on the Solubility of the Three-Component System KCl-NH_4Cl-H_2O

The ion-interaction Pitzer's model,together with its extended model,has been successfully applied for predictions of mineral solubility in natural water system,but its application for predicting the component solubility of sosoloid solid solution like KCl-NH4Cl-H2O three-component aqueous salt system has never been investigated.The reason is that the composition of sosoloid solid solution is always changing with liquid composition,so that the equilibrium of liquid-solid system is difficult to calculate.The object of this study is to investigate the application of the Pitzer's model for the calculation of equilibrium solubility of KCl-NH4Cl-H2O system with sosoloid solution.Excellent agreement with experimental solubility for ternary solubility with sosoloid solid solution.On the other hand,the study also tends to provide a theoretical basis for the manufacture process of Potassium Sulfate by conversion method.

150 Study on the Heat Transfer and Evaporation of Viscous Fluid in the Inner-condensing Wiped Thin Film Evaporator

Heating and evaporating are experimented in the innercondensing wiped thin film evaporator with feed of viscous glycerol.The heat transfer resistance and the influence of process variables such as operating pressure,rotating speed of wiper and feed speed on the thin film heating coefficient and evaporating capacity per unit of time are analyzed and studied.It is found that the heat transfer resistance of thin film evaporating of viscous liquid mainly lies in the thin film,and thin film heating coefficient increases with rising the rotating speed and feed speed and with decreasing the pressure,and the evaporating capacity per unit of time increases with rising the rotating speed and with decreasing the pressure and the feed speed.

156 The Technology of Humidification of PEMFC

Polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) is used as the electrolyte in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC).Presently,a large amount of work has been devoted to improve the performance of PEMFC to achieve their widespread applications,including the topic about humidifying technology for PEM in order to maintain the proton conductivity.In this article the humidifying methods that have been applied or in the process of study are reviewed.The method of self-humidifying has been paid more attention because it can predigest the external assistant equipments and reduce the weight and the volume of the cells.

161 Advances in Preparation and Separation Technology of 2,6-Diisopropylnaphthalene

The paper describes the research progress of the preparation methods of 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene(2,6-DIPN) by the selective alkylation of naphthalene and propylene,and emphasizes on the research development of the catalyst of the synthesis.Subsequently introduces the separation technology of 2,6-DIPN from diisopropylnaphthalene mixtures,among which special details are given to the method of adsorption separation.The paper also points out that the ideal technology of petroleum naphthalene production is preparing 2,6-DIPN from naphthalene and propylene on the zeolite molecular sieve.

175 Study on Primary Nucleation of Benzathini Benzylpenicillinum

A set of experimental apparatus for studying solution primary nucleation was developed,through which the induction time of primary nucleation of supersaturated solution was measured by laser method.Induction time was combined with the empirical relationship of primary nucleation and the primary nucleation orders were determined.The initial supersaturation ratio range of the studied benzathini benzylpenillinum was 65~383.The mechanisms of nucleation were distinguished by the relation of induction time and initial supersaturation ratio.The orders obtained of homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleation were 152 and 540 respectively.
