Abstract poly (ether-ester) based on poly (ethylene terephthalate)-poly (tetramethylene glycol) (PET-PTMG) was synthesized by melt polycondensation.The structure and sequence distribution of PET-PTMG poly (ether-ester) were measured by IR,13C-NMR.The effects of various reaction conditions such as kinds of catalyst and its concentration,polycondensation reaction time on the intrinsic viscosity of poly (ether-ester) were also discussed.The results showed the structure of polymer is ether bond and ester bond,and PET-PTMG poly (ether-ester) is random block copolymer.
