Study on Freeze drying Law of Materials in Vials

The experiments of freeze drying of skim milk in vials have been carried out.We have investigated the effects of heating temperature,radiating temperature and chamber pressure on freeze drying process and analyzed the freeze drying curves obtained.Further,the mechanisms of freeze drying and the monitoring of material temperatures are expounded.If heating temperature and radiating temperature are the same,the optimal parameters are 323K and 30Pa for the operation of constant temperature and pressure.Some methods for enhancing freeze drying process are presented too.These results are available for realistic production and offer a base for research of two dimensional model of freeze drying of materials in vials.

Particle Impact Pressure in Gas solid Fluidized Bed
Hao Xiaogang
Relating the momentum flux of particle with the particle impact pressure on objects, a theoretical model of the particle impact pressure in fluidized bed is deve loped.The particle impact pressure is mainly related to the operation velocity and the particle density.The calculated results of the model is coincident with experimental data satisfactorily.

Synthesis of the O 2 (Substituted)Phthalimidyl Ethylphosphorothionates

The synthesis and biological activity of 24 new compounds of o 2 (substituted)phthalimidyl ethylphosphorothionate and 9 isomeric compounds were reported.The structure of these compounds was characterized by H NMR,MS and Elementary analysis.The spectrum properties,biological activity and isomerism of these compounds were discussed.

A Study on the Photocatalytic Degradation of Dimethyl-2,2-Dichlorovinyl-Phosphate by TiO_2

Dimethyl-2,2-Dichlorovinyl-Phosphate (DDVP)were degraded in the presence of suspended TiO 2 by illumination with a high pressure mercury lamp.The effects of some parameters on the degradation,such as the crystal type of TiO 2,amount of TiO 2,pH of solution,time of illumination and concentration of H 2O 2 and of Fe 3+ ion were studied.

On the basis of force equilibrium,considering the effect of the local area void fraction and liquidsurface fluctuation in the liquid gas mixture layer on a perforated plate,a theoretic calculation model about the gas velocity at luquid weeping point on the perforated plate is developed.It can be applied to the practical engineering design.

Study on the Catalyst for the Synthesis of Piperazine

This paper is concerned about the catalyst for the synthesis of piperazine with N (β hydroxyl ethyl) ethylenediamine (HEDA) as raw material.A new supported copper catalyst with high reactivity and selectivity was developed.In the presence of Cu Cr Mn/γ Al 2O 3 catalyst and under hydrogen pressure at 180℃,the reaction proceeded effectively to give piperazine in 2 hours with a yield as high as 88%,while the conversion was over 98%.

Study on TPR Character and Hydrodesulfurization Properties of Mo Ni/Al 2O 3Catalyst

TPR,XPS and XRD techniques were used to study the reduction behavior of NiO,MoO 3 and MoO 3 NiO on γ Al 2O 3 support systematically.Properties of Mo Ni/Al 2O 3 were compared with those of catalyst Mo Co/Al 2O 3and W Ni/Al 2O 3.Results showed that NiO and MoO 3existed in a high degree dispersing state on Mo Ni/Al 2O 3 catalyst.When NiO is introduced into the Mo/Al 2O 3 system,MoO 3 interacts moderately with the support forming two species that can be reduced easily.Ni promotion is found to cause reduction temperature of Mo site shifting to lower temperature.The test of HDS activity indicates that there is an appreciable relationship between the TPR properties of the catalysts and the HDS activity.The function of Ni can be explained by hydrogen spillover from Ni centers to Mo sites.

Influence of Geometric Features on the Performance of Prefilming airblast Atomizers

The spray characteristics of the prefilming airblast atomizers are effected by geometric features.Four different angles between air and fluid flow and two different preliming slot lengths were employed in experiments to find the optimum values in structural design for the lowest power consumption.

Catalytic Amination of n Butanol to n Butylamine
Meng Yi Xu Zhengshuang Chen Ligong Li Yang Dong Fujun
The catalytic amination of n butanol to n butylamine in the presence of H 2 and hydrogenation catalyst was studied in the present paper. The reaction factors, including ratio of ammonia to n butanol, the concentration of ammonia liquor, temperature, time, pressure of H 2 and the amount of catalyst were investigated. Under the given conditions, the conversion of n butanol is 47 5%, the yield of n butylamine is 46 2%, and the selectivity of n butylamine is 97 3%.

In this paper,the mathematical model of double tube counter flow ammonia synthetic tower was established,and the software of computer simulation based on this model was developed and researched.The proceeding of ammonia synthesis was simulated with the software for synthetic ammonia plant of specific scale,and the simulated results were consistent very well with the data of chemical process in practical plant.
