1 Study on Composition,Structure and Catalytic Properties of CuO—ZnO—Al_2O_3—V_2O_5Catalyst for Low Pressure Methanol Synthesis

The relation of composition and structure to chemisorption and catalytic pro-perties of CuO-ZnO-Al_2O_3-V_2O_5 catalyst have been investigafed by using of XRD,AES,XPS,EPMS,chemisorption and microreactor technique Based on the experimental results,a new active-unit model of the catalyst is proposed.

8 Low Ni-Containing Catalyst for Town Gas Methanation

The effects of Ni content and promoters such as MgO,La_2O_3 and MnO_2 on the performance of Ni-based methanation catalyst were studied by means of TPR, XRD,TEM and activity evaluation.It was found that,the NiO content in acce-ptable catalyst could be decreased to as low as 6% (wt).The combination of MgO and NiO can form MgNiO_2 and increase the catalyst thermal stability.These effects are more obvious when MgO content is increased.Promoter MgO can also influe- nee the surface acidity and carbon deposition rate.Promoter La_2O_3 is well-dispersed on the catalyst surface without any interac-tion with other components Introducing cf La_2O_3 limits the Ni crystallite size wi-thin a narrow range and affects the catalyst activity and reducibility.A new Ni-based town gas methanation catalyst with low Ni content and high activity,high cardon deposition resistivity is successfully developed in our la-boratory.

13 The Determination of Trace Amount of Copper Ⅱ by Catalytic Flow Injection Spectrophotometric Method

In the medium of sodium teiraborate-sodium hydroxide buffer,the flow inje-ction aanlysis for determination of trace amount of Cu(Ⅱ) based on the catalytic action of Cu(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of acid black 10B with hydrogen peroxide has been established.The linear range of determination is 0~50ng/mL and 50~300ng /mL Cu(Ⅱ).The limit of detection is 3ng/mL.The relative standard deviation is 1.62%(n=10).30 samples could be injected pen hour.This method was succes-sfully applied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) contained in iron ore and aluminum alloy.

19 Phosphorylation of α—Aryl—β—Nitroethyl Phosphonates

Several new bisphosphorylation(phosphonylation) compounds have been prepared by phosphorylation of α-aryl-β-nitroethylphosphonates under the lower tempera-ture,weaker base condition and in the presence of DMAP.The catalytic mecha-nism of DMAP have been studied in detail.All new compounds have been chara-cterized by IR and HNMR,some of them were also confirmed by mass spectrum or elemental analysis.

This paper reviewed the applications of laser light scattering in biopolymers.Using protein as an example mainly,we introduced the characterization of molecular weight,dimension,configuration,association,aggregation,cry-stallization and fractal of biopolymers by laser light scattering,And we also abstracted its usages on physiological analysis.
