125 Study on Model Used in the Chromatography Process of Taxol and Cephalmonnine(Ⅰ)

The general rate model considering axial dispersion,film mass transfer and effective diffusion in particle was adopted to study the chromatography process of taxol and cephalmonnine.The finite element and orthogonal collocation method was used to transfer these equations to ordinary differential equations and to solve them.The comparison between theory and experiment showed that the model could be agreement with the experimental data very well.In addition,the experiment also showed that axial dispersion is not the main factor affecting the chromatography separation of taxol and cephalmonnine.This made the operation could be done under high linear velocity of flow phase.

On the basis of the general chromatography rate model,the effects of Bi number, η number,mass transfer Pe L number,particle diameter,injection and ratio of solute diameter and pore diameter on the chromatographic peak of taxol and the separation of taxol and cephalmonnine were simulated with computer.The essential factors affect on the chromatographic process of taxol and cephalmonnine were obtained and a more useful theory was provided to direct the chromatography separation of taxol and cephalmonnine.

According to Albery's theory,the Michaelis Constant and kinetic behavior of the microbial electrode were sutdies,and the result showed that the rate controlling steps of the areobic microbil electrode reaction were influenced by the substrates.The Mchaelis constant, K m and the effective electrochemical rate constant k′ ME have been determined.

Hydrocyclone is mainly developed for the oil water separation system in offshore oil production.In this paper,the fundamental characteristic parameters of hydrocyclone and the state of the arts of its industrial use are presented.The related research work is reviewed from three aspects:laboratory,simulation and application.Finally,the problems in the present research field are pointed out and some useful opinions are given.

149 The Evaluation Methods for Critical Parameter

Critical properties are one of the most important properties for pure chemical substances.Since they are very difficult to determine by experiment especially for unstable substances,it is necessary to find some good evaluation methods.Now the scientific workers can evaluate them by Group contribution methods,some equations using other normal properties and some equations using the existed equation for other properties.In this paper these methods are described and compared espacially the methods on the base of rackett equation.

155 The Conglomeration of Particles in Nanometer Powders Prepared by Sol-gel Method

Preventing agglomeration of particles is the most important problem in the preparation of the nanometer powders by means of sol gel method. The causes of agglomeration for particles were analyzed,and several methods for preparation of free agglomeration nanometer powders were disscused in this paper. Ultrasonic technique was newly proposed to be applied in the sol gel process to avoid the formation of agglomeration.

169 Preparation of Solid Super Acid Catalyst of AlCl_3 Supported Exchange Resin

Using D72 and D61 macroporous resin and aluminium trichloride,macroporous sulfoacid ion exchange resin aluminium trichloride super acid were prepared by liquid solid solvent method.The effects of various factors were determined and the esterification applications were studied. Adopting liquid solid method,methanol and alcohol were acted as solvent,but alcohol was better.Under the condition of reaction temperature 78℃,dryness time 30h,reaction time 6h,the catalyst containing Al 2.78% was obtained. The results of catalytsis shown that the catalyst has higher catalytic esterification to some carboxylic acid esterification.

174 Study on the High Octane Number Leadless Gasoline Blending

The blending experiments for producing leadless gasoline for vehicle such as 90 #,93 # and 95 # gasoline were carried out,using the catalytic cracking gasoline and straight run distillate produced by Huabei Oil Field. First Refinery as main components, MTBE and No.2 benzene as blending components and MMT as antiknock additive.The reasonable blending schemes for 90 #,93 # and 95 # leadless gasoline were determined respectively by comparison tests of various blending components under different proportions.The comprehensive analysis data of 90 #,93 # and 95 # leadless gasoline samples showed that they have completely met the industrial standard of SH0041 93.The results will enable the leadless gasoline to be produced in series and then bring a remarkable profit for the refinery.
