摘要 农用化学品(包括农药、精油以及化肥等)对于促进现代农业以及公共卫生的快速发展具有至关重要的意义。然而,由于脱靶行为(如漂移、浸出以及地表径流等)所造成的损失可能会严重降低其功效。缓释技术可以通过降低农用化学品(主要包括农药及化肥)的环境损失以使其在较长的时间内维持有效浓度,从而减少或避免了重复施用所带来的环境问题和经济问题。有机共晶工程作为一种有效的改善释放速率的策略,已被广泛应用于农药领域。首先介绍了有机共晶工程的概念,并进一步重点回顾了有机共晶工程在农用化学品缓释中的应用,最后针对于有机共晶工程策略在绿色农业发展中的前景和挑战进行了讨论。

Abstract: Agrochemicals (such as insecticides, essential oils, and fertilizers) are crucial to the rapid growth of contemporary agriculture and public health. However, off-target activities like as drift, leaching, and surface runoff can drastically limit their effectiveness. Sustained-release technology can lessen or eliminate the environmental and economic concerns created by repeated application by limiting the environmental loss of agrochemicals (mostly pesticides and fertilizers) so that they can maintain effective concentrations for an extended length of time. In the field of agrochemicals, organic cocrystal engineering has been widely utilized as a successful method for adjusting the release rate. In this review, the concept of organic cocrystal engineering was first introduced, followed by a discussion of the application of organic cocrystal engineering in the sustained-release of agrochemicals. Finally, the prospects and challenges of organic cocrystal engineering strategy in the development of green agriculture were discussed.
