Effect of Caboxymethyl Cellulose Sodium on the Properties of Nano Silver Conductive Ink
HE Jun, LI Sha, WANG Hong, ZOU Jing
The effect of caboxymethyl cellulose sodium (CMC) on the properties of nanosilver conductive ink was investigated. Nanosilver particles with diameter around 70 nm were synthesized by liquid phase chemical reduction method using formaldehyde as reducing agent and polyvinyl pyrrolidone as protective agent. The prepared sample was separated by centrifugation and purified by washing for four times to obtain concentrated and relatively pure silver colliod. After adding CMC and other additives, the stable waterbased conductive ink was obtained under ultrasonic treatment. Here, CMC not only acted as the binder agent but also played a vital role in improving the stability of the prepared ink. The zetapotential of the ink was -42.8±0.96 mV, which indicated that it was quite stable. The pattern was fabricated on photo paper by a dropondemand thermal printer. The sheet resistance of the printed pattern decreased significantly from 30.48 kΩ/□ to 0.87 Ω/□ after heating at 150 ℃ for 30 min. According to tape tear test, the adhesion of the pattern to paper substrate was good.

LAI Lin-Hai, LI Yang, LI Wei, WANG Yu-Rong
The starshaped styreneisoprenebutadiene ternary random copolymer SSIBR was synthesized using the anionic polymerization method with divinylbenzene(DVB) as coupling agent. The SSIBR was hydrogenated and HSSIBR was obtained with the nickel naphthenate(Ni)/triisobutyl aluminum(Al) catalyst system, while the temperature was 60 ℃, hydrogenated pressure was 4 MPa and the reaction time was 4 hours. The effect of molecular weight and DVB/Li content of SSIBR on coupling efficiency and the hydrogenation degree of SSIBR were investigated in details. In this work, 1HNMR, TGA, DSC and XRD were used to evaluate the HSSIBR. Meanwhile, the HSSIBR was investigated as viscosity index improvers in oil. It is proved that the coupling efficiency of SSIBR can reach 86.8% using DVB as coupling agent, the coupling efficiency declines with the increase of molecular weight; the initial decomposition temperature of HSSIBR raises 55 ℃ compared with SSIBR and the heat resistance and the aging resistance are improved obviously; the shearing stability of HSSIBR as viscosity index improvers is improved and the low temperature performance increases significantly.

Preparation and Characterization of the Graft Copolymer of Cellulose Diacetate with Poly(Methyl Methacrylate)
LI Ning, DING Jian-Ming, DONG An-Jie, ZHANG Jian-Hua, DENG Lian-Dong
A novel grafting copolymer (CDA-g-PMMA) was obtained by means of atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) grafting poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) onto cellulose diacetate (CDA) backbone. The structure and properties of CDA-g-PMMA were characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, DSC, XRD and GPC. The results of DSC and XRD show that the melting temperature and crystallinity of the copolymer are lowered. In addition, the plasticity of CDAgPMMA is better than CDA due to the introduction of PMMA. The

Concrete Protective Function of Fluorine Carbon Resin Coating Water
ZHENG Yan, MAO Qian-Jin, WANG Ya-Li, WANG Zi-Ming, CUI Su-Ping
The concrete surface coating processing is an effective measurement to enhance the durability of concrete. With brushing fluorocarbon resin coating and silicon acrylicsacid emulsion in the concrete, the chloride permeability performance and the water absorption of the concrete were investigated. The impact of the coating’s thickness and viscosity on the durability of concrete and the relationship between the viscosity of the coating and its penetration depth were testified by chloride ion permeabilityresistance property of concrete. The results show that brushing fluorocarbon resin coating on the surface and silicon acrylicsacid emulsion in the concrete can improve protective performance. The thickness of coating is effective to the protective performance of the coating, and the penetration depth highly depends on viscosity.

Application of Vapor Phase Beckmann Rearrangement of Cyclohexanone Oxime over (Al, B)MCM41 Zeolite
WANG Li-Jun, WANG Ri-Jie, YANG Xiao-Xia, ZHANG Dong-Shun
Two series of catalyst were synthesized by the modified fast synthesis method and characterized by XRD, nitrogen physisorption, FT-IR, 27Al MAS NMR, and NH3-TPD. The catalysts were used for vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime. The XRD results indicate that the synthesized catalysts exhibit the typical mesostructural of MCM-41. The FT-IR results conforme that aluminium(Al) and boron(B) atoms are coordinated in the framework of zeolite. When the mole ratio of Al/B equals 0.5, with increasing the amount of Al and B content, more weak acid sites are produced. And more weak acid sites are favorable to form caprolactam. When the mole ratio of Si/M equals 10, the selectivity of caprolactam increased with increasing B content. The catalyst has low activity by adding B only in the MCM-41. The activity of (Al, B)-MCM-41 is mainly associated with weak acid site.

Pressure Drop of Packed Column in Gas-Liquid Co-Current Flow
HE Jie, DAN Peng-Fei, TAN Chang-Bin, ZHANG Li-Li
A research on pressure drop in a glass column of ID 72 mm with gasliquid counter- and co-current flow was carried out. Mellapack-250X metal corrugated ripple plate structured packing and Dg16 plastic random packing of cascade mini ring were adopted as mass transfer media respectively. Taking H2O-SO2 as research system and combining it with counter-current absorption experiments, we contrastively analyzed pressure drop of packed column with gas-liquid co-current in detail. The influences of gas phase capacity factor
F
and liquidgas ratio
L/V
on pressure drop were investigated respectively. Pressure drop increased with the rising of
F
and
L/V
. And the influence was less than that with counter-current absorption. Correlation equations of pressure drop were gained from experimental data, which provided theoretical guidance for further process design and optimization.

Concentration of Fruit Juices by Multiple-Effect Membrane Distillation
WANG Huan, QIN Ying-Jie, LIU Li-Qiang, CUI Dong-Sheng
Multiple-effect membrane distillation (MEMD) was used to concentrate fruit juices such as watermelon juice, pear juice, grapefruit juice and apple juice, which possessed characteristics of mild operation conditions, high enrichment ratio, low capital cost and high thermal efficiency. The influences of various experimental conditions such as feed-in concentration, feed-in flow rate, and heating temperature on the trans-membrane flux and gained output ratio (GOR) were studied. In the initial stage of concentrating fresh juices by MEMD process, both GOR and trans-membrane flux were less influenced by the concentration of sugars in the juice and, the average water permeate flux achieved 3 L/(m2.L), the GOR achieved 7.5 when the temperature of heating resource was 75 ℃. In a long-term stability test lasting for 60 days, the MEMD module and operation kept in good condition through the whole experiment.

Hydrophilic Amorphous TiO2/SiO2 Thin Film and Its Application to Falling Film Heat Exchangers
XU Ke, QI Chun-Hua, FENG Hou-Jun, LV Qing-Chun
The hydrophilic amorphous TiO2/SiO2 thin film was prepared by sol-gel technique for an application to falling film heat exchanger. The crystal structure of TiO2/SiO2 composite xerogel was analyzed by thermogravimetry/differential scanning calorimetry (TG/DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The heat treatment process and wet/dry cycles were investigated to improve the wettability and heat transfer performance of the thin film, which were characterized by measuring the water contact angle and heat transfer rate of falling film heat exchanger. It showed that the structure of TiO2/SiO2 composite film was amorphous after heat treatment at 200 ℃. When the subsequent wet/dry cycles was 6 or more, the water contact angle of the amorphous film could be decreased to about 10 °. Moreover, the good wettability of heat transfer tube coated with amorphous TiO2/SiO2 thin film would obviously enhance the heat transfer efficiency of falling film heat exchanger.

Numerical Simulation on Effect of Pusher Frequency on Separation Efficiency of Two-Stage Pusher Centrifuge
PANG Chong, TAN Wei, SHA En-Dian, TAO Yuan-Qing
With advantages such as large capacity of production, low power consumption, big solid content and so on,pusher centrifuges are widely used in chemical industry, food industry, defense industry and others. And the two stage centrifuge is the most broadly used model. The pusher frequency is a very important parameter for the twostage pusher centrifuge and it plays a decisive role in the centrifuge production capacity and the separation efficiency. In order to study the effect of pusher frequency on separation efficiency, the FLUENT software is used to create threedimensional model and to simulate it,which took a P-100type twostage pusher centrifuge for example. The results show that the higher the pusher frequency is,the greater the production capacity will be.In the meanwhile, the filter cake solid content would be reduced. Therefore, various factors should be considered to determine the pusher frequency of the centrifuge in the actual production. The results also provide a series of references to optimizing the design of the centrifuge structure.
