Study on Epoxidation Process for propylene with H_2O_2 ——Solubility of Propylene in Aqueous Methanol

In this article VLE data for ternary system (propylene methanol water) under 30℃~60℃,0 3 MPa~0 9MPa were determined with static equilibrium still and were correlated by using van Laar RK model.The mass ratio of methanol to water was 9∶1、8∶2、7∶3.The results indicated that the models were suitable for the ternary system and the data were reliable.

A Study of Photocatalytic Activity of Perovskite LaFeO_3

A Series of perovskite oxides LaFeO 3,LaFe 1- x Cu x O 3 and La 1- x Ca x FeO 3 by complex method of citric acid were prepared.The photocatalytic activity of these compounds has been tested by photodegradation of water soluble dyes.The doping effect on photocatalytic activity of LaFeO 3 was discussed.

Synthesis of Acrylic Alkyd Resin Paints

An acrylic modified alkyd resin was prepared by monoglyceride and the effects which affect paint properties were discussed.This kind of resin as a paints provide a lot of advantage such as fast surface dry in air and high hardness.The optimal formula is determined by the way of orthogonal experiment method.

The Effect of Side Reaction on Synthesizing Carbamoyethyl Starch

Using the cassava oxidized starch has been synthesized carbamoylethyl starch(CES)with different degrees of substitution( D.S ).By analyzing the effect of the concentration of NaOH,reaction time,reaction termperature and the weight of acrylamide on the D.S (N). D.S (Na)of etherified products and the total rate of etherification,we studied the side reaction of synthesizing carbamoylethyl starch.Results show that the extent of reaction of strach with acrylamide is governed by aforementioned factors.Furthermore,the best etherification conditions are the weight of acrylamide[0 2mol/mol (starch)],the concentration of NaOH(0 1 mol/L),reaction temperature(40℃),reaction time (4h).When the side effcct on carbamoylethylation is the weakest,the total of rate of etherification reaches 72 6%.

Treatment of Waster from Intermediate p-Aminophenol Manufacturing Process with Ferrous Hydrogen Peroxide Method

It is indicated that the industrial containing p aminophinol (PAP) wastewater can be treated effectively by the H 2O 2 Fe 2+ oxidation method.As the wastewater contained 1 6g/L~2 0g/L PAP and the reaction proceed under the conditions of:H 2O 2/PAP=4 0(g/g),the concentration of FeSO 4·7H 2O=1 0g/L.after one hour the total PAP removal effectively is up to 98%~99% and the color degerr is reduced.This treatment method has no severe demand for the temperature and is convenieut for industrial applications.

Photocatalytic Degradation of Phorate in Wastewater by TiO_2

The photocatalytic degradation of phorate in wastewater, which is one of the typical refratory biodegradable and photostable orgaophosphorus pesticides,was studied using TiO 2 partical and loaded TiO 2 on SiO 2 as photocatalysts respectively The results showed that the value of COD was below 200mg/L after the treatment process The effect of pH,anions such as CO 3 2- ,SO 3 2- ,PO 4 2- ,and SO 4 2- on the effciency of the photocatalytic degradation was discussed
