Abstract A Series of perovskite oxides LaFeO 3,LaFe 1- x Cu x O 3 and La 1- x Ca x FeO 3 by complex method of citric acid were prepared.The photocatalytic activity of these compounds has been tested by photodegradation of water soluble dyes.The doping effect on photocatalytic activity of LaFeO 3 was discussed.
