311 Study on Water-solubility Law and Film Properties of Cationic Acrylic Resin in Electrodeposition

The cationic acrylic resin used for electrodepostion was synthesized. The factors affecting the resin water-solubility and properties of the film were studied. The results show that the acrylic copolymer water-solubility based on amine group and was determined by amine content. The active monomer with hydroxyl, the molecular weight and its distribution of the copolymer, neutralizer and cosolvent also affect the resin water-solubility. The composition and ratio of the copolymer, crosslinking agent and conditions of curing have a great effect on properties of the film.

316 Study on Inverse Microemulsion System of Acrylamide——Preparation, Polymerization and Characterization

An inverse microemulsion system of acrylamide, using Span80 and Tween60 as a complex emulsifier, was prepared and investigated. The possible microstructure and morphology of this system were studied and analyzed in accordance with the basic theory of microemulsion system. It was found that the optimal ratio of the complex emulsifier between Span80 and Tween60 is 0.47 (m/m). Under this ratio, the maximum content of aqueous solution of acrylamide in the system is 13.8% mass fraction. The UV-spectroscopy and Rotational Viscometer were employed to inspect the formation process of inverse microemulsion system. The polymerization of acrylamide, initiated by a redox system (NH 4 2S 2O 8-NaHSO 3)with different initiator concentration, was also studied under the different temperature and time. Finally, the polymer's physical parameters were characterized using Infrared Spectroscopy and Ubblodle Viscometer.

323 Fmoc Solid-phase Synthesis of Thymosin α1

In this thesis, the thymosin α1 has been synthesized by a solid-phase method. Using the base-labile Fmoc group to protect the α-amino acid, and present a strategy for the synthesis of a thymosin α1. Then a suitable synthesis method is determinedie, that is using preformed symmetrical anhydrides(PSA)in the first 9 synthesis steps, using DCC-HOBt chemistry coupling in the next 18 steps. The result shows that the yield of the coupling synthesis of each step is over 96.2%, most of them are over 99%. Meanwhile, technology conditions of synthesis were studied. The purification of our product (the content of Tα1) is 46.52%, the yield of it is 37.81%.

331 Study on the Separation and Purification Techniques of Solid-phase Synthetic Shymosin α1 by the Liquid Chromatogram

In this paper,a purification route using the liquid chromatogram on a loboratory scale was established on thymosin α1 synthesized by the solid-phase synthetic method using Fmoc group fo protecting α-amino acid.Two steps were included in the purification route.First was the Ion-exchange chromatography (IEC) using DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow as the matrix.After this step,majority of impure peptides was removed.Second was the preparation RP-HPLC on C18 column.Then the final product's purity attained to 95% and the values of the biological activity all meet the requirements.Those operation conditions during the separation and purification process were also studied and optimized in this thesis.

336 Study on the Synthesis and Modification of Pigment Yellow 81

On the base of the syntheis of pigment yellow 81(C.I.P.Y.81)the pigment was treated on the surface using various surfactnats.The effects of structure and addition quantity of non-ionic and anionic surfactant on properties of C.I.P.Y.81(Benzidine Yellow 10G) were studied.The results showed that shade,transparency,flowability and color strength of C.I.P.Y.81,were obviously improved by adding 3%~5% of non-ionic and anionic surfactant,such as OP-7,OS-15 and sulfonated castor oil.The suitable condition was presented.

341 Study on Adsorption of Phenol in Activated Carbon

In this paper,the adsorption of phenol with TDX-10 activated carbon was studied.Freundlich model was chosen to describe the process of adsorption.Moreover,the effects of pH and temperature on the adsorption were discussed and an empirical correlation was proposed.It was believed that higher phenol adsorption onto activated carbon is possible at low pH and temperature in the experimental ranges.

345 Effect of Introducing Boron on the Stability of Polysilicic Acid

Effect of introducing boron on the stability of polysilicic acid is investigated in this paper.Its morphology and structure are analyzed by transmission electron microscope and infrared spectrometer.It is found that under strong acid condition,introducing proper amount of boron can increase stability of polysilicic acid.Boron takes part in the polymerization reaction of silicic acid and chages its morphology and structure,consequently delays its further aggregation and increases its stability.

349 Bagasse Enzymatic Saccharification in Tank Reactor and Fixed Bed Reactor

The paper pulp bagasse cellulose was pretreated under the conditions of t =5 5h, T =155~160℃, P =0 6MPa,pH=4 5 The size of paper pulp bagasse cellulose was 40 mesh.The Yakult Onozuka R-10 cellulase was used in the experiments.The paper pulp bagasse cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis were carried out in tank reactor and fixed bed reactor under the conditions of T =50℃,pH=4 8 The hydrolysis processes in tank reactor and fixed bed reactor were studied.The hydrolysis reducing sugar yields were inspected in the different cellulose concentrations,different stirred strong for tank reactor and different cycle liquid velocity for fixed bed reactor.The experiment results indicated that the higher bagasse concentration,the lower reducing sugar yields.The stronger the stir for tank reactor,the higher reducing sugar yields and the higher of liquid velocity for fixed bed reactor,the higher reducing sugar yields.Comparing various factors of tank and fixed bed reactor,the fixed bed reactor is considered as a better reactor for the bagasse cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis process for industry utilization.

The hydrodynamic parameters of slurry bubble column reactor (that are flow regime,bubble size and rise velocity,phase holdup and the critical superficial gas velocity for particle suspension)and their influential factors are reviewed.Dynamic Gas Disengagement(DGD)method,which is a widely used method for measuring the hydrodynamics of slurry bubble column reactor,is also briefly introduced.

Feasibility and sence of self-assembly of amphiphilic polyurethane were analysed.

407 Study on the Method for Selecting Rhizopus Lactics from Soil

A new method used for selecting Rhizopus lactics from soil is reported in this paper. It is to use acidic steamed bread pieces as enrichment medium which can enhance the selection efficiency of soil lactics by 75% and to select the Rhizopus lactics by bromocresol green agar plate and shaking tube make the quick detection of lactics possible.

411 Study on Isoflavonoid Hydrolyses of Pueraria Lobata

The fresh roots of Pueraria Lobata were extracted with cool CH 3OH. The extract was concentrated and partitioned between CH 3COOC 2H 5 and water. Then the water phase was partitioned into n -BuoH. At last,the residue of organic phase was hydrolyzed by HCl,so the isoflavonoid hydrolyses precipitated from the hydrolysate. The isoflavonoid hydrolyses was chromatographyed on silica gel and four isoflavonoids were isolated. They were identified as 1) formononetin,2) daidzein,3) 3′-methoxy puerarin and 4) puerarin by TLC and spectra methods.

417 Preparation Of Active Zinc Oxide from Crude Zinc Oxide by Ammonia Complex Leaching Technique

A technological process has been described for the preparation of active zinc oxide from crude zinc oxide by ammonia complex leaching method. The process included dissolving crude zinc oxide, purifying the solution, evaporating ammonia, precipitating zinc complex salt, washing, dehydrating, drying and calcining unit operation.High grade zinc oxide was produced by this process and the product was meet the criterion of HG/T72572—94.

The development of biodegradable plastics is a most effective method to prevent ‘white pollution’.3-Hydroxybutyric acid is one of improtant raw materials to synthesize biodegradable plastics(PHB). Various of affecting factors have been analyzed for esterifying β -hydroxybutyric acid. The best technological route which produces ethyl β -hydroxybutyrate with esterifying β -hydroxybutyric acid is put forward.
