The Preparation of the Crystal of[Co(HL)_4(H_2O)_2](ClO_4)_2 and Its Structure Analysis

A crystal of[Co(HL)_4 (H_2O)_2](ClO_4)_2 has first been prepared.The Xray diffraction of Crystal structure showed that the crystal is monoclinic space group p2l/n with a=09313(3) nm,b=1.1586(1) nm,c=1.2984(2) nm,β=97.24 (2)°,[Co (HL)_4(H_2O)_2]2+ is of six-coordinated octahedral geometry.

Preparation of Magnesium Titanate

The methods and technological conditions for the preparation of magnesium titanate are studied.The samples calcined at different temperatures are characterrized with X-ray diffraction.The conditions and pathes of formation of Mg_2 TiO_4 are discussed.

Synthesis of Titanium Disulphide in Organic Medium

This paper has studied the reactions of hydrogen sulphide with titanium tetrachloride in some organic mediums,and advanced a new method of synthesizing titanium disulphide.Titanium disulphide was synthesized by the double decomposition between dry hydrogen sulphide and titanium tetrachloride in boiling a-naphthalene chloride.The method is simple and convenient.The product is characterized by X-ray phase determination and chemical analysis.
