1 The Study of Solid-Liquid Equilbrium for Nitrochlorobenzene system

The binary and ternary solid-liquid equilibria (t-x) for nitrochlorobenzeneisomer systems had been determined by differential scanning calorimetry.Inaddition,using the equation of excess Gibbs energy G~E which was correlatedwith the topological index,the binary and ternary solid-liquid equilibria (t-x) for nitrochlorobenzene isomer systems were calculated.The G~E equation isG~E=RT where k_(ij) is an adjustabte parameter between two molecularity determinedby exeperiment.By this equation the maximum deviation between T_(cal) andT_(exp) is tess than 2K.

9 Correlation and Discussion of Vapor—Liquid Equilibrium Data Determined in Flow Still

The correlation of binary vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data determi-ned by using of the flow still at constant temperature was discussed.Twokinds of objactive functions and nonlinear least square method were appliedto correlate model parameters of Wilson and UNIQUAC equation respective-ly.21 binary flow still VLE data were correlated by this method.The res-ults indicate that this method is good in convergency and accuracy for thecorrelation of flow still VLE data.And the mean deviation of vapor com-position (Δy is less than 0.01 (mole fraction),this precision meets therequirement of engineering design.

16 Mathematical Model of Recycle Tubular Flow With Egual Space Time

Mathematical model of recycle tubular flow with equal space time is pro-posed in this paper.Results obtained from the model show that there is asimple mathematical relation between recycle ratio R and dimensionless varianceσ~2 of residence time distribution,and σ~2 is consis ent with the general criteriaof fluid backmixing.The model can be usel to describe fluil recycle flowas well as fluid baecmixing.
