125 Study on the Structure of Simple Distillation Residue Curve Maps

Extended properties and a methodology for the determination of the structure of simple distillation residue curve maps for ternary mixture are described. The methodology requires only a knowledge of boiling temperatures and approximate composition of components and azeotropes in the mixture. This is sufficient to uniquely determine the structure of the map in most cases and enabled to detect certain inconsistencies in the boiling temperature data.

130 New Type Liquid Membrane Oscillator(Ⅱ)

A New type of liquid membrane oscillator had been designed with anionic surfactant sodium tetradecane sulfate (STS) and cationic surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as key substances. The fundamental composition of the oscillator is 5 0 mmol·dm -3 CTAB+1 5mol·dm -3 ethanol(aq)/2 0mmol·dm -3 STS (nitrobenzene)/0 5mol·dm -3 NaCl(aq). A pair of Pt electrodes were used to monitor the change of electric potential near the interface between the two phases of water and nitrobenzene. Many new special phenomena were found, such as adjustable oscillations in two directions and formation of emulsion. The mechanism and influence factors were studied by the substitution of every component, changing concentration, the comparison between experimental results from different apparatus, as well as auxiliary experiments. It was found from experiments that the formation of emulsion is a necessary condition for the oscillation producing because the ion pair of STS and CTAB can not associate. A new mechanism model was given after reviewing preceding theories of liquid membrane oscillator.

137 Synthesis of Acrylamide/2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonate/2-acrylamidotetradecanesulfonicacidcopolymer

The acrylamide/2 acrylamido 2 methylpropanesulfonate/2 acrylamidotetra decanesulfonic acid copolymer was synthesized by redox initiation.The structure of the poly(acrylamide/2 acrylamideo 2 methylpropanesulfonate/2 acrylamidotetradecanesulfonic acid)were research by IRS.The properties of water solution of the copolymer was evaluated in laboratory.The experimental results showed that the copolymer has good thermal stability, very good heat resistance and salt tolerance when it is dissolved in salt water solution.

141 Study on Catalyzed Cyclization of Ethylenediamine in Gas-Solid Phase

This paper concerned about the study on manufacture routes for piperazine and triethylenediamine from ethylenediamine in fixed bed reactor.A series of catalysts were prepared and examined.The zeolite HZSM-5 with KCl modified was found to be the best one.Furthermore,the reaction parameters were optimized.The temperature is about 340℃,the concentration of ethylenediamine is 50%,and the input speed is 0 2ml/min.Under above condition,the conversion of ethylenediamine is above 93%.The selectivity of the reaction is up to 93%.

146 Synthesis of 2-Cyano-2-(3′-chloro-2′-nitrobenzenyl) Methyl Acetate

The synthesis of 2 cyano 2 (3′ chloro 2′ nitrophenyl)methyl acetate from the material 2,6 dichloro benzen amine through diazo tization, substitution and condensation was studied Using X ray diffraction we study mechanism of Sandmeyer reaction and find the best conditions of the synthesis process.

151 Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Copper by Decatalytic Kinetic Decolourisation

A decatalytic spectrophotometric method based on a copper catalyzed redox reaction between K\-2S\-2O\-8 and methyl red has been developed for the determination of trace quantities of copper in the presence of H\-3PO\-4. The detection Limit for copper is 8 349×10 -12 g/mL and the linear range of determination is (0 01~0 08)μg/25mL. Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of trace copper in human hair, food samples and water samples.

156 Gas Chromatography of 44 Organophosphorus Insecticides

Under similar analytical conditions (gas chromatograph,detector,liquid phase and carrier gas),a 0 53mm i.d.caplillary column coated with Apiezon L will run a sample three times faster than a 2m long and 5% Apiezon L packed column.The 0.53mm capillary gas chromatography avoids the thermal degradation of some pesticides such as phoxim,methyl phoxim,naled and trichlorfon.Conceptually the 10m×0.53mm × 0.70μm film capillary column is designed to be alternatives to regular 1/8 inch stainless steel or 2mm i.d. glass column,2m long with liquid phase loadings of 3%~5%.

161 A Review of The Main Synthetic Processes of p-Aminobenzotrifluoride

p aminobenzotrifluoride is an important intermediate of medicines and agricultural Chemicals, but now is not produced in our country. In the present paper, three main synthetic processes concerning aminolysis of p \|chlorobenzotrifluoride, hydrolysis and exchange fluorination of p \|trihalomethylbenzoisocyanate or p\|tribhalomenthylbenzocarbamylhalide, and trifluoromenthylation of aniline are discussed in detail. Their reaction mechanism are investigated and their advantages and disadvantages are also compared.

176 Application of Life Cycle Assessment in Cleaner Production

Cleaner Production is considered as a better way to solve environmental pollution problems and to achieve industrial sustainable development. This paper introduces Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) that can evaluate the environment over the entire period of production. It analyses the framework of LCA and discusses how to apply LCA to cleaner production. LCA is also a better method for cleaner production auditing.

182 Analyzing on Fluidization Characters of Gas-Solid Concurrent/Countercurrent with Gravity Field

The fluidization mechanism of gas solid concurrent with gravity field is disparate with that of gas solid countercurrent with gravity field. In both the downer and the riser, higher local solid concentration results in the reduction of drag coefficient. In the downer, reduction of the drag force will increase local particle and gas velocity, which in turn reduce the particla aggregation. However, in the riser, reduction of drag coefficient will decrease the local particle and gas velocity, which in turn increases the tendency of the particle aggregation. Compared with the riser, the downer have several distinct advantages such as short gas solids resident time, more uniform distribution of gas solids velocity and solids content, and reduced axial backmixing. The condition of gas solid contact in the downer is more close to plug flow.
