Abstract The study on shape out catalytic particle for the oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride in fluidized-bed was carri(?)d out. Among various types of adhesive and under different spraying conditions, the catalysts with different particle size and size distributions for fluidized-bed were obtained The effects of spraying conditions on catalytic reaction activity, and thereof the change reqularity were studied by using the method of orthogonal experimental design At the same time the optimum procedure of spray shaping was decided. It was found that when the particle size of catalyst is in the range of 20-200��m and the mean particle diameter is about 70��80��m, best result of catalytic oxidation of n-butane in fluid-bed was obtained. |
