Abstract High-density jet fuel HDF-1 is a synthesized fuel, the compatibility of fuel HDF-1 with rubbers must be investigated for its further storage, transport and using. The compatibility of rubbers with fuel HDF-1 was studied by using accelerated method in which HDF-1 was stressed with rubbers under high temperature. The results show that fuel HDF-1 has unfavorable influence on prosperities of acrylonitrile-butadiene 4170 and 5171,but very little influence on G402 rubber, and that acrylonitrile-butadiene rubbers have bad influence on chemical stability of HDF-1.
