Abstract The antioxidant 1010 has been prepared with mixture of methanol,ethanol,low carbon alcohol and distilled water as solvent in laboratory.Effects of seed,stirring velocity curve,cooling speed and washing-up on granularity distribution of antioxidant 1010 have been studied.The results showed that the feasible seeds quantity inputted is 0.8%—1.0% of solute,temperature of seeds inputted is 56 ℃—60 ℃,stirring velocity is about 400 r/min—500 r/min.The crystalline in this crystallization technics is determined as δ with the help of X-ray diffraction.
