Abstract Piperidones and its derivatives are a class of compounds with pharmaceutical and agricultural importance.Several new chiral compounds of N-substituted 4-piperidones were obtained from chiral reagent hydroxylamines and methyl acrylate.Their structures were proved by()~1H NMR and()~(13)C NMR.
