Abstract Antimony doped tin oxide(ATO)nano-functional powders were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method with SnCl_4��5H_2O and SbCl_3.Different measurements such as TG-DTA,XRD and TEM were performed to characterize ATO powders.Based on the results of those measurements,the effects on particle size and conductive properties of ATO powders were systematically investigated.The mechanism was discussed and the optimal conditions were obtained.The properties of our production sample were compared with the same kind of production in domestic market.
