Abstract The structure of macroporous weakly basic anion resin(DEAE-D/H) with immobilized aminoacylase was analyzed by environmental scanning electron microscope.The result showed the specific activity of DEAE-D/H with immobilized aminoacylase was up to(1 400) U/g.The retention time was measured in packed bed reactor for the resolution of N-acety-methionie,and the liquid flow was continuous stirred.The conversion of L-methionine at the volumetric flow rate below 25 mL/h was nearly 100%.The immobilized aminoacylase was prepared with high stability of continuous operation and storage.
