Abstract Deteriorated heat-conducting oil used in TA hydrotreating plant is recovered by centrifugal sedimentation method.Effect of centrifugal time,centrifugal rotational speed on acid number,gum content and solid impurity of the recovered heat-conducting oil were investigated,and the optimum process condition was obtained.Experimental result showed that this method can obviously reduce acid number,solid impurity and gum content of the heat-conducting oil.
