Abstract The ethylene cracking C9 from Shanghai Jinshan Petrochemical was used as raw material.Twostage hydrogenation process was carried out in a microreactor.The results showed that colorless transparent solvent oil or gasoline blending stock of highoctane value could be obtained by hydrogenation of cracking C9.Through bromine value of hydrogenation product,the effect of processing conditions on the hydrogenation was investigated.The optimal conditions of hydrogenation were as follows:for first period,reaction temperature  70 ℃,reaction pressure 3.0 MPa,space velocity 2.0 h-1,volumatic ratio of hydrogen to oil 200∶1;for second period,reaction temperature 250 ℃,reaction pressure 3.0 MPa,space velocity 2.0 h-1,volumatic ration of hydrogen to oil 200∶1.
