The Experimental Study on the Effects of Internals On the Particle Flow in Rectangular Moving Bed

Abstract The bed depth is the most important effect factor on so called critical effect height of the hopper and the critical effect height decreases with decrease of the bed depth based on the theoretical analysis.The Internals was used to decrease the depth of the bed zone in which the effect of hopper dominate so as to decrease the critical effect height of the hopper.The experimental results agree well with the theoretical analysis.
