摘要 以环己烷/H2O/CTAB/正丁醇形成的反相微乳液体系为反应介质,其中,水相为调节Ce(NO33溶液pH值形成的溶胶,研究了Ce(NO33浓度、溶胶和反相微乳液体系的温度、反相微乳液体系pH值对CeO2粒径的影响,并用XRD、激光粒度仪对样品进行了表征。结果表明,可以在1~100 nm内制备出粒径可控的CeO2颗粒。控制Ce(NO33浓度为1.2 mol/L、溶胶和反相微乳液体系的温度为25℃、反相微乳液体系pH值为8,可得到D90粒径在25~45 nm的CeO2颗粒。

Abstract: The reverse microemulsion system formed by cyclohexane/H2O/CTAB/n-butanol was used as the reaction medium. The aqueous phase was the sol formed by adjusting the pH of Ce(NO3)3 solution. The effect of concentration of Ce(NO3)3, temperature and pH of sol and the reverse microemulsion system on particle size of CeO2 was studied. The product was characterized by XRD and laser particle size analyzer. The results show that CeO2 particles with controlled particle size can be prepared within 1~100 nm. When the concentration of Ce(NO3)3 was 1.2 mol/L, the temperature of the sol and reverse microemulsion system was 25℃, and the pH of the reverse microemulsion system was 8, CeO2 particles having a D90 particle size of 25~45 nm can be obtained.
