摘要 以钙钛矿结构SmFeO3薄膜材料为研究对象,以可溶性无机盐Sm(NO3)3·6H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O等为主要原料,利用改进的溶胶凝胶技术首先制备了纳米晶结构的SmFeO3薄膜材料,并以此为基础制备了旁热式气敏传感器。以TG-DSC分析讨论了前驱体热处理过程中的变化,用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了晶相结构,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了薄膜的表面形貌。试验发现利用该工艺在750 ℃烧结温度下,可以得到颗粒度均匀,尺寸在30 nm左右的钙钛矿结构SmFeO3薄膜材料。通过传感器对汽油-甲醇混合气体测试表明,SmFeO3材料对含15%~85%甲醇的汽油-甲醇混合气体具有较高的灵敏度,响应与恢复时间小于5 s。该研究工作对推动汽油甲醇混合燃料在汽车等方面的应用奠定了基础。

Abstract: Perovskite type SmFeO3 film was synthesized by a modified solgel method using soluble inorganic salts of Sm(NO3)3·6H2O and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials. Based on the synthesized nano-crystalline SmFeO3 films, indirectly heated gas sensors were fabricated. The changes of precursor during sintering were analyzed by TG-DSC. The crystal phases were characterized by XRD, and the film surface topography were performed by SEM. The experiments showed 30 nmcrystalsize SmFeO3 of perovskite type with uniform particle size was obtained when the sintering temperature was 750 ℃. The sensitivity tests of the sensors to gasolinemethanol mixture gases showed: SmFeO3 materials had a good sensitivity to gasoline-methanol mixture gases with 15%—85% methanol, and both the response time and the recover time were less than 5 seconds. This work provides the foundation to promote the applications of gasolinemethanol mixture fuel to automobile.
