1 The New Method of Preparation of Cu-based Catalyst for CO Low Temperature Shift

The effect of preparation factors on the structure and catalytic properties has been studied. The experimental results show that, under proper condition for preparation the catalyst has higher activity and better thermal stability. Comporing to the catalyst obtained by other two preparation methods, no Na~+-washing operation was needed and the period of NH_3-evaporating process was shortened. An industrial catalyst which has highes activity and better thermal stability has been prepared.

7 CFZ-86 Calalytical Reaction Model Apparatus and its Performance

CFZ-86 catalytic reaction Model apparatus desiged by the author is introduced in this paper. The reactor comprises four parallel staintess tubes, which(?)an es(?) mate four catalyst samples at the same time. Because the On-line (?)romatogragh analysis is used ih the apparatus, it has a higher. automaticity, The apparatus is tested by experiments, which showed that it has good stabili reliability and high degree of accuracy. It's possible to use this apparatus fo(?) estimating catalysts and studying catalytic reaction kinetics in laboratory.

14 A Method of Determination and Calculation for Vapor Liquid Equilibrium

Aecording to the principles of material balance and phase equilibrium an indirect calculation method for vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) data is obtained, By. use, of it, the equilibrium compositions of vapor phase and liquid phase can be calculated from the known temperature, total pressure, volume of equilibrium cell and amount of each components A set of equipment for measuring VLE data is designed, installed and adjusted. The VLE data for ethanol-benzene binary system have been measured and calculated at 25, 35, 45, 55 and 65℃. The result compared with those published is satisfactory.

21 The Way to Improve the Effectiveness of Hight-Temperature W G S CatalySt

The calculating results show that the effectiveness factors of high-temperature water gas shift (WGS) reaction catalysts may increase evidently, and the amount of catalyst used may decreased to 60%~70% under present production condition, if it is adopted that the active components of catalystis distributed on its surface. So to change the activity distribution of high-temperature shift reaction catalyst is a effective way to increase its utility.
