1 A Study on The Charge of Batch Distillation

The semi implicit Runge Kutta method is resorted to solve multicomponent batch distillation with constant mole liquid holdup.This new method has such advantages as simplity,high stability and accuracy,automatically changing the step of the integration,etc.The optimal feed of binary batch distillation is studied using the SIRK method.The interrelation between optimal feed and other variables is considered.

8 The Moving bed Flow of Solid with Wide range Particle in Standpipe

The ability of seal gas of solids with wide rang particle is measured in standpipe of φ 70 mm × 4 800mm. On the basis of Ergun equation modified by Yoon and Kunii,the moving bed flow of solids with wide range particle in standpipe is calculated.The calculating results are consistent with experiment results.It indicates that Ergun equation modified by Yoon and Kunii can be used to calculate the moving bed flow of solids with wied range particle in standpipe.And we found that Ergun equation modified by Yoon and Kunii can be used to calculate the ability of seal gas of solids with wide rang particle if only the segregation velocities(included initial and complete) are known.

15 Studies of Heat Transfer Enhancement and Fouling Prevention in a Vapor Liquid Solid Three Phase Circulating Fluidized Bed Evaporator

Heat transfer enhancement and fouling prevention have been studied in a vapor liquid solid three phase circulating fluidized bed evaporator.The experimental results show that it has the abilities of enhancing heat transfer,preventing and cleaning fouling.Under the same conditions,its heat transfer coefficient is 1 5~2 0 times greater than two phase flow boiling heat transfer.The heat transfer enhancement and fouling prevention mechanisms were also studied in this paper.

19 Synthesis of La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)CoO_3 and Its Electrocatalysis for Oxygen Evolution

La 0 8 Sr 0 2 CoO 3 complex oxide has been synthesized at moderate temperature by organic acid aided method.XRD result shows that La 0 8 Sr 0 2 CoO 3 synthesized by this method has perovskite structure of single phase.It was revealed from steady state polarization that the Tafel slope of oxygen evolution on La 0 8 Sr 0 2 CoO 3 was 65mV/dec and the reaction order with respect to OH was unity.The rate equation for oxygen evolution in alkaline solution was formulated after analyzed the mechanism.Galvanostatic measurements reveal the La 0 8 Sr 0 2 CoO 3/Ni electrode prepared by this method has high electrocatalytic activity for oxygen evolution in alkaline solution.

28 A Novel Pervaporation Composite Membrane and Its Alcohol perselective Properties

The polyacrylic acid has been prepared by solution polymerization.The polyacrylic acid/polysulfone amide(PAA/PSA)composite membrane is made with the crosslinking reaction of the polyacrylic acid and the cross linker,epoxy.The membrane can be used for concentrating ethanol from dilute ethanol water mixture through pervaporation process owing to its alcohol permselective properties.

33 The Study on the Treatment of Wastewater Containing High concentration Phenol by Chemical Extraction

Trioctylamine is used to treat wastewater containing high concentration phenol,and a good result is obtained.Effect of oil water ratio,pH,stirring speed and stirring period on the extraction efficiency has been studied,and a preferred operating condition has been provided.It is confirmed that trioctylamine is a good phenol remover.

37 A Study Manufacturing Technology of Activated Zinc Oxide from the Lead Zinc Oxide Mineral

The manufacturing technology of activated zinc oxide,leaching out from lead zinc oxide mineral by the sulfuric acid,purifying of leaching liquor,synthesizing basic zinc carbonate,drying and calcining was studied,Using this technology,improving of recovery of zinc and separating of lead and zinc were indicated.

43 Appliance of Starch in Foamed Plastic Products

This article reviewed the study of appliance of starch in foamed plastic products basing on many recent documents.Foamed plastics are widely used owing to their excellent properties.However,the accompanying pollution is also troublesome.Starch has abundant resources,low price and natural biodegradability.It can become foamed products by being filled into common foam system,taking part in the synthesis reaction of foam matrix and foaming predominately by its own.The introduce of starch not only makes products environmentally friendly,lowers their price,but also brings some new properties.

49 The Control Technology of White Pollution

This paper reviewed two important kinds of technology of present “white pollution” control,as well as the harmfulness and seriousness of “white pollution”. The current tendency of the reclaiming technology of waste plastics and the development of degradable plastics were mainly discussed here. Moreover,the paper also proposed that we should take actions simultaneously from policy and technology to control “white pollution” thoroughly.
