63 Study on the Condition of Phase Separation in Multicomponent Solution

In this paper, by calculation of the modified UNIQUAC equation, we have acquired the result of binary, ternary and quartery solution Liquid Liquid equilibrium data with Netwon Raphson method. When activity coefficient of some components with partly miscible solution have a increasation steeply, this solution will become two liquid phase. So the condition of phase separation for multicomponent solutions is that activity coefficient of some components have a increasation steeply at phase interface with partly miscible solution.

71 Preparation of Gelatin Hydrolyzate with AS1.398 Neutral Protease(Ⅰ)——Study of Reaction Rules

In this paper, the influences of temperature, pH value, reaction time and amount of enzyme on the hydrolysis process of gelatin by natural AS1.398 neutral protease were investigated. The possibility of AS1.398 neutral protease applied in technology for preparation of gelatin hydrolyzate was discussed.

75 Preparation of Gelatin Hydrolyzate with AS1.398 Neutral Protease(Ⅱ)——Study on Immobilization of Enzyme

AS1.398 neutral protease was immobilized to chitosan with glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent. The effects of temperature, pH, amount of cross linking agent and ratio of enzyme to carrier on the activity of the immobilized enzyme were demonstrated, and the optimum immobilization condition of AS 1.398 neutral protease was established.

79 Survey of Researches on Scale Inhibition Mechanism of Scale Inhibitor

Firstly, a brief retrospect was given on the development of scale inhibitors. Then, some aspects related to the research of scale inhibition mechanism of scale inhibitors and evaluation methods of the performance of scale inhibitors, as wellas the retarding effect on saline water deposition of scale inhibitors were reviewed. Based on the above survey, some aspects remain to be investigated further were proposed.

87 Synthesis and Application of 2-Aamino-6-chloropurine

This paper reviewed the synthetic methods and applications in the pharmaceutical field of 2 amino 6 chloropurine basing on many recent document.2 Amino 6 chloropurine is an important pharmaceutical intermediate for production of the compound useful as an antiviral, anticancer, anti inflammatory and hypotensor drugs. The synthetic methods of 2 amino 6 chloropurine comprises guanine reacting by chlorine sparging, guanine reacting directly with chlorinating agent, guanine protecting by acyl group and then reacting with chlorinating agent, derivative of pyrimidine reacting with chlorinating agent thereafter ring closing etc. The last two methods were sensible for there simple industrial art, moderate operating condition and high yield.

99 Basic Study on Taxol Separation from the Organic Solvents in Two-Liquid-Phase Cultures of Taxus Cells

Taxol separation from the organic solvents in two\|liquid\|phase cultures of Taxus cells is a important and necessary step to realize commercial\|scale production of taxol.According to the properties of taxol and the organic solvents,a novel and effective method was proposed for separating taxol from the organic solvents.This method is called multi\|element\|extraction one,of which principles were explained correctly.On the basis of the method,the distribution coefficient of taxol between different aqueous phase and organic phase were obtained through experiments,which are the basis for optimal design of taxol separation technology.

103 Experimental Research of Liquid-Liquid & Gas Jet Pump

Liquid-liquid & gas jet pump is a kind of liquid jet pump which can pump two-phase liquid and gas fluid.First,the principals of liquid-liquid & gas jet pump and the deduction of the fundamental characteristic equations are described in the thesis.The ratio of the gas in the jet-eliciting medium β (gas ratio)is used as a parameter.The fundamental characteristic equations of liquid-liquid & gas jet pump are got through the characteristic experiments.This equation can be applied to the liquid\|liquid or liquid\|gas jet pump.The fields it is fit in are extensive and it can be used as the reference for engineering design.

109 Regeneration of Activated Carbon with Toluene by Microwave Radiation

This paper presents a new method of regenerating activated carbon with toluene by microwave radiation.By orthogonal experiment,the connections between ratio of deadsorption and influencing factors:quantity activated carbon,power of microwave,surface speed of carrier gas and regeneration time are staudied.Optimized conditions of regeneration are summarized.Velocity curve of regeneration is determined.Factors,which affect Activated carbon ullage,are analyzed.Recovering process of toluene is researched also.

115 Experimental Study on the Concentration of Dilute Sulfuric Acid by Spray Evaporator

The dilute sulfuric acid is concentrated by spray evaporation.A series of experiments are carried out and the results are analyzed.The effects of inlet air flow rate,air temperature and liquid flow rate on the concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid are studied.A reasonable empirical equation is also obtained by regressing the experimental data.

120 Experimentation for Selection Material of Equipment for Preparation of Diethyl Oxalate by CO Coupling- Regeneration Reaction

This paper discussed the material of equipment which was used to prepare diethyl oxalate by CO coupling\|regeneration reaction with the method of weight.The seven kinds of metal material,such as 306,314L,316L,Zr,Ti(2),Ti(10),1Cr18Ni9Ti and one kind nonmetal material(PE)have been hung in the liquid compound in the regeneration reactor for 1500hours.The experiment indicative that the corrosion rate of the 306 is the biggest,in the after is 316L,Ti(10),1Cr18Ni9Ti,zincorium(Zr),Ti(2),that of PE is lest;1Cr18Ni9Ti is the better material of equipment.
