Influence of the Pretreatment in Surfaces of Supports on Zeolite Beta Membranes

Influence of the pretreatment in surfaces of supports on synthesis of zeolite beta membranes is enormous.The hydrofluoric acid and sodium hydroxide with different concentrations are used to treat various silicon-aluminum ceramic supports chemically in this paper. A series of conclusions are drawn:it takes one hour to treat surfaces of supports in 110 degrees centigrade and it does five minutes to treat surfaces of supports in 25 degrees centigrade.This is the optimal treatment condition.

The Synthesis of MnFe_2O_4 Nanocrystals and Their Characterization

MnFe_2O_4 nanocrystals were prepared by low-temperature coprecipitation method,high temperature method and hydrothermal method respectively.And the samples obtained by the three methods were characterized by XRD,TEM and VSM.The preparation for MnFe_2O_4 nanocrystals using precursor with low-temperature coprecipitation method was studied in detail.Comparison and analysis of the three methods indicated that low-temperature coprecipitation method was optimal in the preparation of pure samples with small size.

Synthesis of 2,6-Dichlorobenzonitrile

2,6-Dichlorobenzonitrile was synthesized from 2,6-dichloroaniline by diazo reaction.Effects of reaction temperature,ratio of H_2SO_4 to CH_3COOH and pH value on the yield and purity of product were studied.The highest yield of 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile was obtained under the conditions that n(H_2SO_4)∶n(CH_3COOH)=34∶1~1∶1,reaction temperature was 50℃ and the pH was between 7~9.After processed,the quality of cyanide waste-water was up to the emission standard.

Study on the Racemic of N-Acetyl-D-Methionine

In the process of resoluting methionine with enzyme,L-Met is isolated by ion-exchanger,the mainly remnant will be N-acetyl-D(L)-Met.After the racemic of the remnants,some N-acetyl-D-Met will be transformed into N-acetyl-L-Met,then they can be reused as the resolute substrate.In this paper,considering the not high yield and the poor quality of the products in the factories,we designed orthogonal experiments to analysis the factors which affect the racemic process.The appropriate conditions were got,the quality and the yield were improved as well.

Study of C_1-Chemical Products in the Acetic Acid Synthesis

In recent years,the research of C_1 in acetic acid synthesis has been greatly developed,which includes the development of rectisol process for carbonylation of methanol,the acetic acid synthesis by syngas, by reacting carbon dioxide with hydrogen and by reacting carbon dioxide with methane at plasma state.The paper summarizes development of C_1 chemistry in the acetic acid synthesis.

Extraction of Ethylene from Catalytic Cracking Dry Gas

The source of ethylene is insufficient at present in China.Extraction of ethylene from catalytic cracking dry gas is an efficient means to reduce waste and increase the output of ethylene.Technologies such as cryogenic separation,absorption separation,hydrate separation,membrane separation,adsorption separation and hybrid process have been introduced in this paper.And the technic-econimic comparison of some separation technologies is also made.The adsorption separation is considered to be a promising technology in industry.

A Kind of Oscillation Phenomena on Interface——Saline Oscillation

An oscillatory flow of water is generated when a cup,with a small orifice in its bottom,and filled with saline water,is placed within an out vessel containing distilled water.The phenomena,the mechanism and the mathematical model are discussed,we brought forward that because of the gravity function and the original delicacy condition destroyed,the flow is taking place,and when the liquid flows up and down,the mobile phase of the double layer is carried along causing charge separation and the voltage is observed.By comparison between liquid membrane oscillator,artificial membrane oscillator and saline oscillator,some new opinions of the application are given.

The main downstream products from the industrial dipentene were reviewed,such as:some kinds of polyester,fine chemical intermediates such as p-cymene,p-menthane and flavours such as carvone,terpinyl acetate and so forth,the main characteristics and applications were also described in the paper.Conclusion that developing downstream products of cheap dipentene can make good economic and social profits is drawn.

Synthesis of 2,3,5-Trichloropyridine

2,3,5-trichloropyridine is a valuable intermediate for producing herbicidally effective compounds.In this paper,the process for producing 2,3,5-trichloropyridine from pentachloropyridine was studied.In the process,2,3,5-trichloropyridine was obtained by reacting pentachloropyridine with zinc powder in an alkaline medium at 75℃.The effect factors such as temperature,time,the amount of zinc powder etc were studied.Self-made Oldershaw column was employed to separate the resulting products and it can shorten the work-up procedures.The purity of 2,3,5-trichloropyridine was up to 97%,mp 48℃—49℃.

Study on the Synthesis of Piperazine and Its Derivatives from Hydroxylamine

The synthesis of piperazine and its derivatives from hydroxylamine was discussed in this paper.From N-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-ethylenediamine,piperazine was prepared in a cyclization reaction in a yield above 95%.A catalyst containing nickel,copper,chrome,zinc and manganese using γ-Al_2O_3 as carrier was selected.The optimum conditions were determined.2-methylpiperazine and cis-2,6-dimethylpiperazine were prepared according to the similar routes.

Determination of Liquid-Liquid Phase Equilibrium Data in the Extraction Process of the Phenol Hydroxylation Products

The liquid-liquid phase equilibrium system in the dehydration of the phenol hydroxylation at 20℃ was studied,the extractants were isopropyl ether and 4-methyl-2-pentanone.The phase equilibrium curves of the system were determined by the turbidity and chromatogram method.The ternary phase equilibrium charts showed that the chosen extractants were efficient and practicable.
