Abstract High solid content polymer polyols were synthesized by two-reactor continuous process,and various operation conditions were studied.In this study,POP with 45% solid content and(4 900) mPa·s(25 ℃) viscosity was synthesized by tworeactor continuous process under the most optimized condition.The distribution of diameters of dispersion particles were studied by dynamic light scattering and SEM.The results showed that the broader distribution of diameters was gained by two-reactor continuous process than by batch process,and the mean diameter was higher than that of one-reactor,so the viscosity of POP by two-reactor continuous process was lower.
