Abstract Aminoacylase from Aspergillus oryzae was immobilized on DEAE-E/H(functionalized poly glycidylmethacrylate).Effects of amount of DEAE(diethylaminoethyl),surface area and pore diameter on the activity of immobilized aminoacylase were investigated.Some immobilization factors,such as concentration of enzyme suspension,immobilization time and the way of immobilization,were studied on resin Ⅱ.While the concentration of enzyme suspension and immobilization time are 2.0 mg/mL and 8 h,the activity of complex of resion Ⅱ-aminoacylase is 980 U/g.Scanning electron micrographs(SEM) revealed the structures of the resin.
