Abstract In this paper,the solid-state synthesis reaction of lithium secondary battery anode powders was investigated by the nonlinearity theory of different shape mathematics, the complicate mechanism at different synthesis stage was discussed by the material science and chemical-engineering theory,then the universality of different dynamic process was concluded.By the experiment data of powder diameter no-unit r,the physics-mathematics model r_(n+1)=��r_n-br~3_n about the powders diameter distribution and solid-state synthesis reaction temperature was founded,and an r judge model was proposed for the powders size distribution in process.
